If some one wants to lock their self in their house and smoke crack all night should they be allowed to?

yes they should be allowed. It's nobody's business what I do...or what you do...or what Bob does...in his bedroom or house.

If you are DUMB enough to sit in your room and smoke crack all day, then you are probably DUMB to begin with and killing a few brain cells isn't going to make that much difference!.

We need to stop letting the government save us from ourselves. The government doesn't need to control EVERY single aspect of our life!!!

How do you propose to support your habit since your will be too screwed up to work because you will always be wanting to get high? This means you will be a habitual criminal that will steal from anyone, even family members, to support your stupid habit. Robberies are committed by crack addicts sometimes leading to killing the person who is being robbed, or the police killing the suspect. The problem is you don`t stay behind the closed doors, you come out into the public.

if they want to. in my opinion people should do what they want of course as long as it doesn't effect others, but the one thing about crack or any other drugs is it does effect the ones around you such as family and friends. if it's someone you just met get away from them, throw away the key and run Forrest run.

the problem is they are going to smoke til they run out, then they will leave the house to get more crack...ooops they lost their job...so now they steal from family and friends to buy crack...ooops they lost their house, and their friends and family, so now they are smoking in the streets and stealing from strangers, oops they are so ****** up they owe the dealer, so now they need to rob people at knife point[to messed up to find a gun] and oops they have killed some one, can you see where the problem might be?

Unless you are disrupting neighbors, you can do whatever you want. If you are hurting someone or damaging others' possessions, then you are **** out of luck. Just do it privately, don't be stupid. I would say watch Magnolia, the movie. You will see that a stupid girl sniffing crack while playing loud *** music. That disturbances caused neighbors to call police. That's what you call stupid!!

In my line of work, if you want to drink or get high in your home, then fine, once you take it to the streets and endanger innocent people, then your @ss is mine., What you do behind closed doors, I can care less, but if you get caugth, then don't be a little puss and cry, you brought it upon yourself. from what I have seen about crack anyone who smokes that **** should be shot right between the eyes, as they will always be trying to get others on that damned stuff and screwing up their lives to,any way their lives are already screwed up and if they are shot they won't be getting others on that junk.
