I think it is better the school master/head make a written regu- lation or pronouncement that pre marital sex and sexual harrasement are prohibited with its reason and its punishment when the pupils did not comply to it.. Maybe at school should hold a discussion on those prohibited actions in order to
strengthen the morale of the pupils.Every parents should give religion teaching on sexual harrasment and control their children attitude.

Teenagers have been as you put it 'engaged' in pre marital sex for all of time. It is not a modern day problem. And no matter what anyone says teenagers are always going to be experimenting with sex. The role of parents and if they must schools is to make sure the kids (if they are determined to have sex) are having safe sex and not catching anything or creating a life when they are not ready.

I dont understand in what way you mean they are victims of sexual harrasment so you would need to elaborate on that one.

I like the idea of single-gender public schools and there are a few scattered throughout the nation:

Maybe this idea should become the rule instead of the exception.

I resent the fact that my tax dollars are going towards teenagers who are incapable of controlling themselves when my tax dollars are supposed to be going towards their brain development, not the activity of their reproductive organs.

We, the United States of America, are the most powerful nation in the world, and we are so far behind of other nations, especially Japan, academically that it is no longer funny.

Teenagers do not need to know how to be making babies at all.
They need to grow some brain cells for a change.

How about (c) ~ Preventing people sticking their noses in other people's business? Why people think they have the right to 'prevent' pre-marital sex is amazing to me! Big lumps of wood ... eyes ... etc! Seriously, preventing disease, of course because disease affects everyone whereas sex should only interest those directly involved.

You can't prevent it. You can educate them, you can counsel them, you can warn them, but you can't prevent teenagers from having sex. With the exception of those who have decided to remain virgins until marriage. Even many of those have given up that idea as well.
Oh and they aren't victims of sexual harassment. They are willng participants.

sorry. i think it will be pretty impossible to stop people from engaging in premarital sex. plus, it is not really a new problem. this has been going on for many a year. it is just that now it is more open than what it used to be.

Okay, that is nearly impossible, unless you have schools with all girl and all boys. However, as long as the hormones are raging, I think that one is nearly impossible. Good luck with that one!
