The scriptures whichever religion, defines morality. The definition is not found anywhere else. There is no requirement for moral policing if the scriptures are referred at all levels. Unfortunately considering that largely a secular attitude being followed, precious scriptures, whatever be the religion, are now closed books left behind closed doors. Open the doors, open the holy books and moral policing will become redundant words.
