As an example. Because aside from the skills and general knowledge you have aquired you are effectly a completley new individual. In the example of unknown white male if he had killed someone years ago, perhaps even commited manslaughter and didn't know it but only recently had forensics been able to prove that he was responsible then why would he have to stand trial? Could he claim a new birth certificate? Or perhaps a death certificate leaving himself as the beneficiary to his own stuff should such an event occur? To ad he was able to prove he wasn't faking as medical evidence showed something up on a cat scan.

We are working on a Power of Attorney, a Will, and a Durable Designate for Health/Medical Care. Neither she or I can afford a lawyer so we are obtaining legal DIY forms for notorizing. Any other forms she needs that we don't know about? Is there something for guardianship/conservatorship or is that all covered in the 3 forms we already have? We need to get anything and everything in writing while she is still able so that when she is unable, her wishes will be in writing and legal and (hopefully) followed. Just making sure we have everything covered so that she and her future are protected as much as possible. She has no estate to speak of, other than clothing, some furniture, pictures (my brother conned her out of her home but she still lives there and has a document signed by him to be able to live there until her death). Declining health she needs help to stay at home or come live with me, don't want her in a "home" or brother disposing of what little he has left her. Thanks

KARACHI (Reuters) - Religious organizations in Pakistan are using the Internet to help Muslims in Western countries buy and sacrifice animals for an annual festival.
We all know the internet is being used for all sorts of evils, porn, gambling.. now ritual murders of animals. nice. Apparently this is a convenient service for uncivilized people living in the civilized world to kill animals which would otherwise be illegal. I think these people should still be charged for cruelty to animals. What's next? We can pay and order some human beings kills in some undeveloped country? So sad and disgusting

Generally speaking, citizens of most countries are law-abiding people who want to live in peace. Since governments, not common people, tend to have disagreements with one another, why don't they fight their own battles and leave us out of it. While one could argue that members of the military are part of the government, and hence the govenment is fighting its battles, aren't they really just pawns for the decision makers?

I just realized this, because now I go to a Catholic private school.

When I was in 5th grade, I was in Chorus at the Suburban public school I went to.

When at this private school that I now go to, I was told, in History class, that a public school could get sued for teaching religion.

In chorus, we had to sing this song that was partially in Latin. In English, this was one of the lines:

The snow lay on the ground
The stars shown bright
When Christ our Lord was born
On Christmas night

Wouldn't this be considered illegal for a public school having students in the Chorus singing religious songs? This was not a Christan Chorus. It was just a song Chorus to sing songs.

It seems to me that one of the greatest fears of the pro-life crowd is that without regulation, people will use abortions as a form of birth control which I agree is wrong. So, in that line, would you favor a 3 strikes law at the state level in which a woman is allowed 3 abortions by choice (that is to say that rape victims get a free pass)?

Long story short:
My oldest daughter was attacked and bitten by the neighbors dog, in thier home. My boyfriend of 5 years and father to my youngest daughter wants me to sue their homeowners insurance. My daughters Dad has already started the process. He holds the insurance for her and is the one being billed for all the medical expenses. My boyfriend is p*ssed because he wants me to get money. All I really want is the dog to be put down and medical expenses paid, so I don't care who sues as long as those two things are done. Since all the medical bills went through her dads insurance and he is the one being billed, does me or my boyfriend even have the right to sue? My daughter lives with me and just visits her dad every other weekend. I would like to add that he is a wonderful Dad, just so you know. :)

In my opinion, the blacks are lazy and wont help them selves. Was it a mistake to get rid of white rule in South africa, as the system that replaced it is just as corrupt and racist, Crime has doubled and the police turn a blind eye to most crime that is committed against a white, The police force is corrupt to, incapable of dealing with the amount of crime commited by blacks, aids is rife because the blacks have not come out of the trees yet. Also the ANC are a communist type party ,

Here in Sacramento California it is nearly illegal to smoke in any public building.

There have been laws proposed to make it illegal to smoke in a home or vehicle with children and that land lords could restrict your ablility to smoke in your rented residence.

We recently had an IT system installed for document control. This has the usual username/password control. But what freaked me out was seeing that the passwords are not only stored in clear text in the database, but they're also shown to the admin girls! I've had to change passwords on other systems now, to ensure the integrity of those systems.

The supplier contends that we did not specify password encryption. But I'm sure there's something in the DPA which says that information should be kept secure, so therefore he should be doing it simply to comply with the law. Please tell me where, what clauses etc apply if this is the case.

Thanks
