I had the same problem. Ultimatly my childs father QUIT his job. The only thing you may be able to do is go to the child custody/support office. (there should be a number on a document you had prev). They'll then set a court date.(you'll recieve it in the mail, so will he). Make sure to have a proper address for the lowlife. At which point you'll BOTH be expected to appear in court and they'll beginthe process from there. Normally they ganish HIS paycheck for an appropiated amount. (It helps to know the name, address, and phone numner of his current employer). Trust me they'll get him. Or when and IF he decides to claim his taxes. They'll TAKE the entire amount and give you the money owned. It sucks when you have to take someone to court for the well being of their own child. Good Luck

Well, i would image you already have taken him to court for child support. As long as the District Attorney knows that he's not paying, eventually he's going to suffer. My dad only had to pay 100 a mo. but my mom only got it like once a year. They split when i was 2. After his license got revoked maybe 7 years later, then they threw him in jail. All of sudden we got a $7,000 back child support check from him. I was happy mom was happy. My dad wasn't happy. As long as the district attorny knows they'll get him.

I thought that if they don't pay, they will get their wages garnished. That's what happened after my childs father didn't pay for 3 months. They started automatically deducting it from his check every 2 weeks. You should take him back to court again so they can enforce the child support.

why must he ought to pay baby aid? you should not drive him into some thing, you don;t want him if he does not wish ot be side of his infants lifestyles good enough then, however do not pass and drive him into paying cash for 18 years. But he's wealthy so, eh it wont quite topic, but when he does have legal professionals dont check out considering he's going to by and large win, ****** up approach i do know.

Does your state have a child support recovery unit? Maybe they can start garnishing his wages. Report him to DHS or the recovery unit.

Talk to him. If that doesn't work take him to court, they'll make him pay by garnishing his wages, if he does start paying willingly after the court order.

I wouldn't do anything, unless you go through the court system. In Michigan its a crime and if the parent is ever stopped by a police officer, then they could face jail time.

Just keep going back to court and pushing the issue, they have to do something, that's what they are there for but you have to stay on their asses about it!Eventually they have to arrest him and you will get your money!

You can report him to government body that deals with this issue.
He will be made to pay and will also be fined.
Parhaps you may have grounds to claim compensation too.
