He can do whatever he wants. He works there, you don't.

Going to his store is a privilege, not a right.

Sure, any store or their manager has the right to refuse service. If you feel like he is wrong, go in to the store and assert that you did not steal and ask him for proof. If he can not furnish proof continue to shop and politely request that he contact the police.

If a "fair" cop shows up, he will side with you that unless he can provide proof of your theft, you can shop there.

This seems like a place where you really like to shop, so you may have to do that just to not get hassled. Sometimes, just don't bother. If you can get these goods somewhere else, just do it for your own safety. Seems like this manager is going to cause you nothing but grief.

Its not fair on the part of the manager to put you out. Hotel is a public place, forcing you out will be discrimination and will be treated as atrocity. Its against the fundamental right. Right to equality is the key to be stressed. If you have committed any misconduct then it will be fair on the part of the manager to kick you out, if he has a reasonable reason.

The manager has the right to keep anyone he wants out. Unless you can proof other wise I'm afraid there is nothing you can do about it.

Yes.
If you re-enter that store, you will be tresspassing.
That is how most stores deal with shoplifters they can't catch in the act.
Don't go back in there.
