Giving away products at below cost of preductsion could not be a universal law & nor could its consequences bring about the greatest happiness as there would be unemployment & lack of inovatsion & competition.
Santa is not virtus as he lacks loyalty (we get fewer presents as we get older)
So what model of ethics does santa follow & is he evil?

I was playing guitar hero 2, the game and ps2 and everything is all my roomates. Our TV is really big and theres not much room for the ps2 to fit on the same table. So the phone rings while I am playing and I walk over to the phone and the cord to the guiitar wasn't long enough and the ps2 gets pulled right off the table and onto the floor. The cd-rom drive got busted in and will not open anymore. The game is stuck inside. The Ps2 will turn on still but it cannot read the game.

I feel really bad, I havent told him yet, he came back tonight and fell right asleep before I could tell him. Please help me!!!!

Complicated situation, I'll try to make it clear!

A letter was post-dated for Nov 30 here in San Francisco.

The person mailing the letter went to San Luis Obispo for the Thanksgiving holiday, say Nov 21.

The letter was dropped into the mail November 26 in San Luis. (The 26th was Sunday, so we expected it to be processed on the 27th).

The recipient of the letter received it Dec 2 with a Nov 30th postmark, postmarked not from San Luis Obispo where it was supposedly mailed from, but postmarked with a San Francisco
instead.

My question: Is it possible that the letter got kicked back to SF by the post office in SLB? What is the policy with post-dated letters that are sent from out of town?

Question for anyone in SLB post office or familiar with it: Is mail from SLB ever post-marked with a SF postmark?

thanks!

Recently, our local school system put a bill on the ballot to increase taxes for the sake of rehiring four teachers that were laid off. Although I voted against the raise, because they didn't itemize, the bill was voted in. Now we have discovered that the money is being used to rehire four SPANISH teachers, and hire another four Spanish speaking teachers as well. Their goal is to have all the children in the school system speaking Spanish, as well as English, by the year 2008.

i know this friend who got suspended for selling drugs at school. I am his closest friend and i know for a fact that he isnt a continous dealer. He was helping out some friends. This kid had some Oxy... when he broke his leg. I know this is a bad thing to do but the other kids approached him, he wasnt "advertising" them around school. He is a good student with a "b" average and is involed in some sports. The school suspended him for 45-90 days! and the kids that bought them only got 5 days. Is this too harsh or am i just wacked.

Who can help...

Last time I got a speeding ticket I had to take an enormously boring 16 hour online course to remove the ticket, and then had to pay for it. I just recently received another ticket and want to somehow avoid this class again. I dont mind paying the ticket, obviously I made the mistake of speeding but because I'm under 24 or 25 I believe the state law is I have to take this course again. Anyone know any loopholes in regards to this policy? Can't I just get a lawyer to fight it off with deferred adjudication

Sean Bell had just as left a raunchy and notorious strip club at 4:00 A.M. in Jamaica Queens (a "bad" neighborhood, if there ever was one) the morning of his WEDDING DAY when he was shot by police. He ignored warnings of a police officer to stop and eye-witness accounts have the "victim" knocking the cop to the ground twice with his vehicle. Sean Bell and his "buddies" were not "choir boys." They learned a valuable lesson regarding the importance of carefully following the instructions of a police officer.

I am tired of families telling us what good boys their sons are when they have arrest records (I could imagine how many times they were never caught) and are doing wrong when a cop takes them down.

Eye-witness accounts certainly seem to be supporting the police version of events. The "phantom" 4th man has now been identified and he has called his lawyer (what a shocker).

The Black community needs to stop blaming the police and start doing some soul searching.
