There should be RULE OF LAW in this U.S.A. that is ONLY by specific legal empowerment does any agent of the gov. exercise authority. ASK TSA what law empowers them(?)
So Far, I've not gotten anything close to an answer!
and if they are NOT legally empowered, what are they doing searching travelers and demanding that we give up property in the name of security?
He who gives up liberty in exchange for "security" deserves neither!

I already asked this question but never got a proper resonce to the question i ask ....What would the Muslim males do to my twin sister & and I

LAST POST>But I am hard of hearing and cannot hear a thing ......So should I brave this and refuse to sit in the back like a dog ??
My twin sister said she will join me in my right/fight to sit in the front. Also if they the Muslim sexist males in the mosque resist my right to sit in the front row should I sue them for sexual discrimination
I am going to have a HIDDEN CAMERA to show/prove what happens when I do this ..........even if the Muslim males try to murder my twin sis and I
The mosques make women sit in the far back area behind a curtain or wall partition
If males are weak and thinks like a weak pervert when females are in front of him.......Than they (the weak male) should be punished and sent to the back behind curtain/wall like a dog where they belong
Why punish women for being the stronger person who is not a weak pervert?

Let's face it, they aren't going to do us any good when we die. Its best to save someone else's life. OR, we could sell our organs before we die.

If you have a very straight forward deal, why do you need a lawyer? Let's say you promise to pay someone back $10,000 over 4 months or else he can take your car, then can't you write it big poster board and both sign it? And then have someone snap a picture of the both of you and him together shaking hands in front of the poster board and use it in court? You can probably write the contract in 20 words or less. I may be naive, but please inform me.

I'm a light smoker, and this past election we in Ohio had two issues on the ballot, smoke-less and smoke-free Ohio. Smoke-less, which banned smoking in most areas, failed, while smoke-free, which banned smoking in ALL areas passed.

I have no problem banning smoking in public areas. Restaurants, hotels, you name it, ban it. But when it comes to Bars, that just has me confused. Since there have been bars in existence, there have been smoking in those bars. Smoking and drinking go together, it's not some new concept created by this generation. Is there anyway to overturn this, to make it Okay to smoke in bars?

can agree a settlement without your consent and cancel any court appearance, which I find totally undemocratic and takes away the an englishmans home is his castle attitude giving the appearance that lawyers are the new mafia and shouldn't be trusted. Also if you're asked by the lawyers to pay a back hander pay it you'll get most of what they agree then and i doubt that the back handers are listed for tax,. there is no room in the UK for honest citizens, lie your head off its expected. The time is ripe like in roman times for a takeover of UK politics and its outmoded systems

I met my daughters father when I was sixteen and growing up in a foster home, thru no fault of my own. I ended up pregnant after dating for a year. We had a red blood cell test that stated that he is not my daughters father. THIS IS NOT TRUE.I never slept with anyone else. I have been trying to get this back into court for the last fifteen years. His name is on her birth certificate and he signed legal papers after I had her stating he is her father. One website I visited stated that there are a lot of errors in red blood cell testing for paternity. When our daughter calls him, he will usually talk to her, but briefly. Last night, he told her that they should not talk anymore, mainly because of his wife. I am not asking for child support. I just want them to have a relationship together. This has hurt my daughter very much. I have explained everything to her and she knows that I have done everything that I can in my power to get things back into court. Any Suggestion!!

At our recent HOA meeting, a purposed budget was presented to all that live here, a large number of members/residents did not agree with this due? The Board said we could not vote nor comment on it...it was a closed vote, exclusive to board members. Our bylaws clearly state that any member present at such meetings can vote. How can they get away with this? Should we seek legal help in this matter, or just burn down the president's house?

I work for a Company and whenever mail is received, the owner of the company would go through ALL the mail (personal or business) and even if it isn't addressed to her, she will still open it, THEN give it to you. Is that right? She'll even read people's postcards that aren't for her.

My husband and i have worked at the same company for many years, we recently turned in our resignations, giving 2 wks notice. the current company we are with has an out sourced management company that takes care of all of our, payroll, benifits and all human resources, we are starting at another company in jan, and that company has the same management company as my current employer. needless to say my current employer is not happy about our decision to leave . the management company with our current employer decided to call our new employer we are starting with and Warn them of hiring us. is this a breech of our rights and did they have the right to contact them , do we have any legal rights? we have never been repremanded at our current company for any problems. and also received letters of recommendations. i feel this managment company is in a breech of our privacy rights. any insight would be greatly appericated
