You don't face prosecution of any kind for that.
Its different if it effects your company Law, you can get fired on a random if it shows up in your system. Depends on your job.

If your on about stopped by the police whilst driving an its been over a month it most likely won't show in your blood. If you have long hair however an they test that (much more expensive, rarely used) they can show you what you took on what day of the year.

It can take six to eight weeks, it also changes if you drink a lot of alcohol basically it hides the THC an canabinoids in your system.

There are numerous over the counter medicines that will mimic the same results as banned drugs for example Nightnurse an Sudafed shows up like cocaine use.
So if your a regular user just say you've been getting over flu etc.

Seeing as you broke no law in this country really don't worry about it. The reasons why the laws have been laxed is because 90% of all arrests in London were Cannabis related, their really not targetting the user anymore.
Actually its got that crazy they have a hard time prosecuting dealers cus nobody can decide how much is a reasonable amount for personal use.

You'd still flunk. It doesn't matter if you smoked it in your home or Holland. I like smoking it. Fortunately they don't have drug testing in the UK as much as in the States. I've been here three years and haven't had to take one yet. If you do smoke it in Holland, get something to clean your system out when you get home. I used something like that 10 years ago and it does work. Unfortunately I can't remember what it was I bought.

If you fail a drug test than you are gone!! But technically speaking most drug tests done on current employees is done using a practice known as "threshold test", by that it means that you are tested to a threshold limit not a check of a drugs existance, so unless you are smoking every day and are keeping your current job then you should be OK. But we all know that you are not just smoking just in Holland!! LOL

Smoke lots of pot, then stay in Holland for a month, then come back. Seems like a solution to me.

Work has nothing to do if it is legal or not. If they piss test ya you're screwed if they don't, you're lucky. The majority of the time marijuana only stays in you system for two weeks if you are eating right and have a normal to high speed metabolism. A month is the longest it can stay in their, but it is usually out before then. Anyway, in Rome or not, who cares!!!!

Don't do it. Marijuana isn't good for you & it won't be good for your paycheck if you test positive on a random. They will fire you on the spot or suspend you until completing drug rehab if not. Many companies have strict drug & alcohol policies that they enforce. I work for a company that is required by US federal DOT standards to give random drug tests to its employees (I am a professional truck driver). I have undergone a random drug test. It's no fun when you are told you must get to this place & urinate in a cup ASAP!! I passed of course since my job & the public's safety is too important to throw away.

If the company has a no drugs policy, it does not matter how or where, if it's in your blood you have broken company rules.
A surgeon, police officer, doctor etc would not get away with it so why should anyone else!
