I may be a little politically incorrect here but i feel strongly that as parents we have the right to know if there are sex offenders or paedophiles living in our area in order to protect our children. As someone who lived in the same street as the littleboy Mark Cummings who was brutally abused and killed by a registred monster who the authorities knew had a strong likelyhood of offending again, this boys Mum Margaret anne has campaigned constantly to bring 'Marks Law' into our law. And though the powers that be say it is to prevent vigilante attacks on these people they wont name and shame them1 I feel they are placing the needs of deviants ahead of innocent children. So tell me why do you think it is?

I was involved in a fight where the other guy had to go to the hospital and get stitches. He started the fight. Nobody saw the fight take place, but I do have friends that saw him picking a fight with me at the bar prior to the incident taking place in the bathroom. I'm now facing felony battery and a disorderly fine. How does this guy have a case?

My ex works for the district attorney's office. I work for a school district. She sent copies of when she had me arrested to the admistrative office, board members etc. saying that I hadn't told them about the arrest. I had informed them of the situation, but I feel that she was doing it to try and get me fired. This was all because our son wanted to come and live with me and not her.

Where do YOU draw the line?
Would you trust your brain or heart to the Dr. who was addmitted and graduated from med school for reasons other then outstanding grades and performance?
How about the pharmacist preparing YOUR loved ones medicine?
Do you think these graduates provide services to the politicians who paved the way for their perferred status?

My assistant manager has been telling my co workers about my work performance. She'll tell them about how bad of a job I do, what I do wrong and that I always leave work for others when It's not true. She only says these things behind my back and has never mentioned it to me in the past. Does it fall into any employee privacy laws?

I have tried working with him for a month and even sent him a letter stating child support without going to the child support office. I gave him a dead line but he ignored it as well. He wants nothing to do with her and still claims she isn't his. Although he has told me he knows she is but won't tell anyone else. I also need to establish paternity. Does child support do this or do you have to go to the court house for it? He makes 1k a week and has a good size in his savings. He is also spending at least $60. dollars a day and $1800. a month on booze. I am also afraid I won't get anything out of him, or he may go back to England to avoid this. Does it just come from his weekly pay and can they get him with back support? I'm also afraid they will send him back when they find out.

I am concerned about my case. I have called and left voice mails (yes, I was polite and nice) We had an appointment w/ our attorney back on 9/26 which is when we went over our answers to the interrogatories. There were some things that they were going to look into and then send us a copy of everything. (we haven't gotten it yet) And it's not like I can go to the office it's in another state. Since the appointment there have been some additions to my list of bills. As well as other important info. I called to let them know and find out what I needed to do on my end. As well as find out about the appointment he wanted prior to the depositions. We have an appointment for depositions on 12/27. I called and left messages on 11/11 and 12/6. I haven't gotten a call back or an email yet. Now I am getting ticked off. I don't know what to do at this point w/o being a female dog! Please advise.

We regret to have to take this drastic action, however, since we have been unable to collect your outstanding balance, we feel that we have no other alternitive.

IS THIS VINDICTIVE, also is it hard to find another neurologist fast? Its $15 billed Sept
