We find in India, the Constitution is divided into Articles, whereas the statutes are divided into Sections.
Why is it so?

Articles are main topics or titles covering many areas of concern while section deals with sub-topics or specifics.

Articles are particular areas broken down, and sections actually gives you the location where to find whatever your looking for
