My soon to be ex-wife and I have been running a small business from our home...let me rephrase that I have been trying to keep the business afloat and she has not put an ounce of effort in to the business since it started in July 2006. She has spent business money on a car and things that we did not need. Can I sue her for lack of commitment in to the business, we were supposed to split the case load 50-50 but it was a verbal agreement?

A married couple have been seperated for over 1 year and the wife is now incurring credit card bills in her own name w/o co-signer or spouse. The credit cards were applied for after their seperation and now creditors are calling the husband & father-in-law (probably others in the same area w/same last name too) seeking payments. He is in the process of filing for divorce. Other than property/debt declarations & financial statements filed w/the court in the divorce, can the husband publish a "Legal Notice" with a newspaper under the "NOTICE TO CREDITORS" category that he is not responsible for the debts his wife is incurring?

You basically only get something like £2 a day even if you are working while in prison. Would it not be better to pay the minimum wage and let people put money into an account so they have something saved for when they get out especially a sit is hard to get a job when you get out. Some of it could be used to pay something towards your keep while you're in there too.

Suppose a stranger online offered to pay you (via paypal) to call the police and report a crime anonymously. The person claims that if he/she reports the crime (relatively petty- say drug posession or driving without a license, not murder or rape) the person being reported will know and kills/hurt him/her. He/she wants to be with the person when the report is made so he/she isnot suspect. You are not to reveal, per this person's directions, your name, her/his name, or how you got the info: Just "I want to make an anonymous report. X is guilty of Y, you'll find X coming out of [address] in a [descritpion of vehicle] at [time]." Then you hang up. So, would you do it?

My sister in law was murdered in jan 2004. No will was found. She never married and had no children. At the time of her death she lived with her mom(whom she was very close to) And an older brother in a house that my husband owned and my husband was providing the roof over their heads gas electric utilities and so forth. After her death we found a policy that named her yougest brother and my 7 year old son as beneficiaries. Her brother had been given VERY specific instructions about what to do with the money( as this was told to many people) he has not carried out any of his responsibilities including taking the burden off my husband to provide for her mom.NONE of this money has been distibuted to anyone but him! Amout was two hundred thousand dollars. They also cashed in my mother in laws life insurance policy which will never be replaced because she had breast cancer she was and is still living.

I while back on myspace there was a link going around on the bulletin where u can put your home address to see who lives in your neighborhood. It would show a map of where the sex offenders are located along with their names and a bit of information about them. I cannot remember what website it was. If anyone knows please let me know.. thank you!

Update on my scenario of my sister in law having too much power over my wife. Some asked is she Italian? Yes. She & hubby bought that 400K house and we do not have to relocate next to their ritzy crib to be her neighbor. You ask why not? Our furniture would not fit, it is 1000sq ft smaller than our house and it is zoned for a depressed school. Thus, we are NOT building a house or moving next to her so she can manipulate my wife and our infant. Here is the kicker..unknown to them a seasoned appraiser informs me the cracker box shack they bought has a fair market value is 295K not 400K & 625 feet smaller than their current house. This new crib is built on a swamp. Guess sister in law will be going back to work to keep up with the Jones and paying some $$$ for daycare. This stay home dad/home based business guy prevailed over the intrusive in-law. Best of all ...they will be 12 miles farther away from us. My wife is :( ...while I am shhh :) Thanks for the support

As the Gov of Texas GWB signs a bill allowing hopsitals to end the life of a patient....depite the objections of family members....YET he reacts as he did re: Terri Schiavo...trying to federally intervene. He actually races back from Texas to sign the bill......which is in complete contrast to the bill he signed in Texas?

Was he just helping his brother...using his powers as the Prez to intervene. JB has passed legislation the was later deemed unconstitutional re: this case.

Was the President hoping for the courts to "LFTB"(as he likes to put it)?

I am wondering if you were married and then divorced. Then you marry someone else and get a divorce from him, too, can you take back the former husband's last name?

Miss Lovely marries Mr. Nice and gets a divorce.
Miss Lovely then marries Mr. Insecure and gets a divorce.
Can Miss Lovely take back the name of Mr. Nice.

Reason: She just likes the last name.

First of all, let me say this...I believe in freedom of choice, I also believe the destruction to fetus matter is akin to killing human life. Anyone who is opinionated to one extreme or the other has missed the bottom line. CONCERN FOR OTHERS, "Do unto others as you would have them do", the golden rule. The feelings that a young mother may have being left to fend for herself with a young child or a rape victim that was impregnated. On the other hand an wanted lifeform, who has no voice is being destroyed for the inconveniance of their being. So instead of arguing about it, lets look at it from an objective point of view and create a solution using problem solving skills. My Question is how about this? Instead of an abortion procedure using a similar procedure to extract the fetus at a early period of gestation and then incubating the fetus for the term in a proper parent or facility. Also, the possible storage using cryogenics until adoptive parent arrive. More details soon...

it's been hyped up to be "just a conspiracy" but more and more concrete evidence is proving that 9/11 was done by our own gov't and for the greed our administrators have for oil, the most valuable resource on the planet. everyday new light is shed on the subject, yet I rarely hear of anything being done to confront the issue on a level that will right all the wrongs that have been done. why? this is america, land of the free, why can we not take back our own land and restore it to the values it was founded upon?
