for you people who said yes , have you forgotten the Rampart deal in Calif, where a reporter set a trap for these cops, then called in the F.B.I. and they arrested over 50 cops who were setting up people for crimes that they committed them selves,Calif,is retrying thousands of people who were convicted , that is the ones who have not been executed already, or the Illinois case where 47 men were executed and after an investigation , they proved 35 of these men were not guilty , not only did the cops lie but the prosecutor also knew some of these men were not guilty, after 10 years not one cop nor the prosecutor has been convicted of anything,??? when a man is arrested 95%of these people are appointed public defenders" public pretenders"as they do exactly what the court who pays them to do " get a conviction' HOW MANY OF YOU WHO SAID YES CAN AFFORD A ATTY WHEN THEIR FEE IS AT LEAST $100,000 FOR ANY MAJOR CASE , so unless you are like O,J, and have millions for your defense, you had better pray you don't ever get arrested, we have a 98.8 %conviction ratio in this country now.and statistics show over75%of our population don't believe cop's will lie, and the prosecutor is a honorable man, but, check out the times some one lied for the prosecution and were even tried in a court of law, the number is 0 then check how many have been tried and convicted for lying for the defense,1000s why???

Yes very much so. if you kill you should be put to death in most cases. have had two friends murdered and both men who killed them only got thirty years..and I was molested as a seven year old. and people who molest small children should be put to sleep like animals . If I murdered or molested I would wont to be sentenced to death and killed immediately. more people need to be put down for what they do to other people. Its wrong for people to just get some jail time. when the person they kill is dead and in the grave and there family and friends have to miss them and suffer.from all that they did.

Yes and I think that death penalty appeals should move to the head of the line. Murders should not get to spend decades in prison before being executed. When is PA going to do Mumia? Will they sell tickets?

No. I do believe in a life sentence though. And by life sentence I mean they can work hard labor to pay for their own life seperated from society. I do believe that all lifers should be given the option of a death sentence instead though

You don't keep a rabid dog alive because it's a threat.

A human killer is more dangerous than a rabid dog.

The government should protect us from murderers by killing them.

It's self defense.
