I have tried working with him for a month and even sent him a letter stating child support without going to the child support office. I gave him a dead line but he ignored it as well. He wants nothing to do with her and still claims she isn't his. Although he has told me he knows she is but won't tell anyone else. I also need to establish paternity. Does child support do this or do you have to go to the court house for it? He makes 1k a week and has a good size in his savings. He is also spending at least $60. dollars a day and $1800. a month on booze. I am also afraid I won't get anything out of him, or he may go back to England to avoid this. Does it just come from his weekly pay and can they get him with back support? I'm also afraid they will send him back when they find out.

You need to file a Petition for Paternity immediately. Have this go before a judge and hope that the judge orders a Paternity test. Include in the Petition, a paragraph that addresses Chidl Suppot if the test comes back positive. If not notify ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) and have his bloody *** deported.

Just go to the Child Support Office and file a claim with all of his information and they will do the rest. but keep going to the office about every 3 weeks and asked about your case.

you need to consult an attorney. the court can order a paternity test if you bring a suit to recover child support.

You got screwed by the British guy twice. Sorry.

Treat him like any American and introduce him to the law. If you don't stand up for your rights, no one else will. If he does leave, you can be satisfied with knowing that he lost his job.

If he's illegal, he should be reported to the immigration service. Never mind whether he's the father of the child - he should be deported.

If you don't file, then he will be able to escape to England and you won't be able to extradite him. That's a lot of booze!

You have to sue him.

Ask him to get a paternity test to prove that it is not him.
