Nixon resigned in disgrace, and Bush has gone far beyond what Nixon did. Why should he continue as
President?
Should he be impeached and tried so limits on
Presidential power are made clear?
Don't the people deserve an accounting?

Was watching Montel yesterday & this was the subject of the show....
Some of the people had 2 felonies, but was busted for something minor like shoplifting & got 25 yrs to life....

Should the 3 strikes law be for ALL crimes commited...even petty crimes...for someone who already has 2 strikes against them...or should there be allowances?
Should someone really go to jail on this law for 25 yrs to life for something like walking through a store & drinking a soda without paying for it first?

My husband is up for a disciplinary at work for an accident which wasn't his fault, a company lorry reversed into his company vehicle.

However, because there were two men in the lorry they are sticking together with their story and saying that they didn't see him, but my husband is being done for being off route, which he was slightly but he was on his way back to the depot and decided to grab a sandwich on his way back, but is this really a cause for a disciplinary meeting because the lorry driver should have looked for other vehicles before reversing shouldn't he?

I bought a book on ebay that says it's illegal to resell because it turned out to be the teacher's edition even though I don't see any answers in there. The other book I bought at an online book store and when I got it it was the Asian edition, it said it was illegal to import to the U.S. I want to resell these books after the semester is over! What should I do?

...shouldn't we build him an elaborate lynching platform, from which he and his entire administration can be ceremoniously hanged for treason?? We could sell it on Pay-per-view to the entire world, and we could rebuild Iraq and pay off the deficit with all of the proceeds!! You wanna talk about JUSTICE??!! We could re-assume our place as leaders of the free world, and the rest of the world would treat us like gods and heroes!!!

Oh, I'm AWFULLY sorry, Re(tard)publicans!! I forgot that you have blinded yourselves to the illusion that he has done NOTHING wrong!! I'm wondering if the morally bankrupt will ever see Bush as the inept moron that he actually is!!!

Stop redundancy
The Committee for the Reduction of Redundancy and the Antiproliferation of Repetition has decided not to meet until they have their first meeting and thus will not be meeting until the first time.

Their Pre-meeting Statement wanted to make this clear before they had their first meeting, so that it would not be unor confusing.

So their first meeting will actually be their first meeting and they will not have a meeting before the first meeting.

This should avoid having people show up for their first meeting before it is held, since to do so would be confusing to those who did so and this is what they want to avoid by reducing the confusion and lessening the repetition.

Hello,
I have an acquaintance who got a DUI a few months ago (for being stupid). He had a court date a month ago and was "sentenced" to 30 days in jail.

He was supposed to check himself in to the jail by 2:00 p.m. today, to start his sentence, but instead came out in less than a half hour and said he got a "public-defender" and didn't have to go to jail today. He would not elaborate on what the next step was, according to my friend who drove him to the jail house. I know that he did NOT have a second court date, because when I spoke with this person myself over a week ago, he said that he was going on his month long "vacation" starting on 10/02/06.

Has anyone ever heard of someone being "rescued" by a public defender, at the last minute, when they were supposed to be checking into jail after being sentenced? My friend always believes this guy, but I don't. Can anyone shed some light on this subject? THANKS!

Over the past week I was frisked going into a :

NFL Football Game
Jury Duty at a County Courthouse
Book Sale in Washington DC

Lanes are divided for females and males and you assume the position of arms raised and legs spread while a same gender person goes up and down your body with the back of the hand.

I live nearly outside the Washington DC beltway. Is this commonplace in the rest of the nation? Does it bother anyone but me that we go through this?

"Frisk verb. quickly patting down the clothes of a possible criminal suspect to determine if there is a concealed weapon. This police action is generally considered legal (constitutional) without a search warrant. Generally it is preferred that women officers frisk women and men officers frisk men."

My friends dad ( I know this sounds crazy, but here goes anyway) traded a chevy lumina for a house and one acre of land. The deed states that this was exchanged between my friend and her husband and the first property owner. He gave the house to her and her husband and they are remodeling the house because it is in desperate need of repairing and intend to live there. So anyway my question is, can her dad take them to court and make them move out if his name is no where near the deed or there is no record of him ever exchanging money or anything for the house? The only record of anything being exchanged is between my friend and her husband and the first property owner.
