Do you think it is ethical for a co-worker to be able to write up another co-worker that does not have a supervisor but has a boss? And, do you think it is ethical for a person that makes a complaint on that person to be able to sign that Employees Warning or Reprimand and a witness that states they did not see what happened? Or is it damageing their Integrity to the Employee that got wrote up? And if the resign that job can they draw or should they be able to draw Unemployment?

If the will was written in Raleigh, NC but he died in Rocky Mount, NC would this be a matter of public record? Neither the wife or the attorney have been back in touch with me. And I am the last living member of the Young family. I would only want the pictures and loving memoribilia of my parents and grandparents, which have since been withheld be a greedy (#4) wife. Do you have any suggestions? This would help me reach closure in the sudden death of my younger brother.

At one time I had full custody of my daughter along with dad's approval. Family court told me to let them know if dad wasn't following the orders or if our daughter was not being taken care of properly by him. So I did, because he wasn't following the order and my daughter kept coming back sick and neglected. So each time that I went to court to resolve these issues the judges granted him more and more visitation time with her instead of correcting the problems at hand. In fact, much of my documented proof, witnesses, police reports, video tapes, audio tapes, medical records etc....was never even looked at by the judges. I was discounted completely for no other reason than not having a lawyer. Personally, I didn't think judges were allowed to put a child in any kind of jeopardy just because a parent couldn't afford one. I don't know how I lost full custody other than not having a lawyer present the same proof as I did, but I would like to know how to get full custody again.

If you have ever checked out http://groklaw.net then you may know quite a bit about this case. It seems so frivilous (in the legal sense) on the part of SCO, and revelations are piling on top of each other to reinforce that impression. Microsoft is propping up SCO financially (at least through 'license fees'). Will Microsoft face DoJ heat by the time this fiaSCO is through? Is SCO performing a FUD-puppet function for Microsoft?

Billions in damages - really?

I have never been able to understand how these two positions can be recognciled. And if they can't, how can those who believe the fetus is a person support terminating pregnancies that come from rape and incest? I would really like to hear from pro-lifers on both sides of this question. Thanks.

I am not sure if 'migrants' could be classified along racial or ethnic lines or descent. For example you could have an English migrant and an Asian migrant with nothing in common. Please help!!!

I understand that the grieving family of a murder victim might have some reservations about seeing the killer of their loved one being released; but that's something the grieving family has to work out in their heart. But if the criminal has done his time than he/she should be let back out into society.Calling prisons/jail/maximum security, correctional facilities i think misses its purpose if you lock someone up for life or some rediculaous amount of time like 150 yrs that pretty much gaurantees the criminal wont be coming out.True or false?the idea of a "correctional facility" is to try and fix or remedy the behavior that got the inmate put in their in the first place so that when their relesed their practically different people in terms of their attitude?Sure whatever the person did was very haneous, but for us to be any kind of society that will forgive and forget(not literally forget, but move on and start new)something needs to be done about the ridiculous sentences handed out:-)

If a child in a wheelchair is not accomodated to go on a fieldtrip and then later his crutches are taken away and made to hop over 100 yards knowing that he had surgery and needs his crutches endangering him. since he was only temporarily disabled he doesn't have rights equal to someone who is permanentlly disabled. don't you think they should? what law does this fall under? what type of lawyer would handle this case? and can there even be a lawsuit?

I am pretty f*ckin' sick of taxes. Paying a bunch of bureaucrats to sit on their asses and run information through a computer and half of that sh*t has nothing to do with protecting my liberty.

If you are not vital to the protection of freedom then get out of the government feeding trough.

Who smokes their pubic hair? Well nobody. But what if you did try it once and it was stronger than anyone weed on the african American market. Would you smoke it? sell it? Would you roll it up or just smoke it in a pipe?

MORE IMPORTANTLY: Can the government make consumption of pubic hair ILLEGAL and imprison you for letting it grow or having it in your house in a baggy?
