At one time I had full custody of my daughter along with dad's approval. Family court told me to let them know if dad wasn't following the orders or if our daughter was not being taken care of properly by him. So I did, because he wasn't following the order and my daughter kept coming back sick and neglected. So each time that I went to court to resolve these issues the judges granted him more and more visitation time with her instead of correcting the problems at hand. In fact, much of my documented proof, witnesses, police reports, video tapes, audio tapes, medical records etc....was never even looked at by the judges. I was discounted completely for no other reason than not having a lawyer. Personally, I didn't think judges were allowed to put a child in any kind of jeopardy just because a parent couldn't afford one. I don't know how I lost full custody other than not having a lawyer present the same proof as I did, but I would like to know how to get full custody again.

Canadians can call what's called the Upper Law of Society with complaints regarding certain issue that happen with lawyers, judges etc... I don't where you are and I'm not familiar with such matters, State side, or if they have anything familiar to that, but that's all I can think of. Hope that was a bit helpful, good luck!
