you will have to hire a attorney and ask for an explungement of your record. It would then not be able to be seen by public search. People for jobs will not see them.
But they will always be visable for police and security clearnace checks.

A conviction can not be removed unless the offense was commited by a minor, then it is sealed. If you did mean a felony charge, it will never appear on the persons record without a conviction.

A felony charge? Yes, with the help of a lawyer.
A felony conviction? No.
Even if you're a juvenile, it stays on your record; the record just becomes "sealed" (which is a joke, as access is easily attained).

actually, yes it can, after 7 years, most non-violent felony charges can be petitioned to the court to be expunged from your record. but you must go and file in court for it to be considered
