Can 'migrants' be racially vilified under the NSW anti-discrimination act?

I am not sure if 'migrants' could be classified along racial or ethnic lines or descent. For example you could have an English migrant and an Asian migrant with nothing in common. Please help!!!

No. Because illegal immigration, or "migrants", can be, like you stated, any nationality, race or ethnicity.
