I'm glad most of you have the common sense to reject medical advice from someone who isn't a doctor.
This next question is perhaps unanswerable; what posesses people who are not medical professionals to give medical advice on topics such as post-partum depression?

I have lived here since 1991 and have myself had band practice until as late as 11pm. My neighbors who have recently moved here are complaining as early as 9:00 to 9:30 because they have an elderly person living with them. I do respect this fact but they could close the windows.but they have no central air. I had no central when I moved in years ago but soon realised that for my privacy sake as well as comfort I paid to have it installed. We live in North Carolina and they are from Florida, I'm sure the temp is cooler than there but it has been close to 100 for weeks now. locally we have no real sound ordinance but it know that 10pm is as early as the police are willing to come and ask you to quiet down. The problem is that since these people have arrived, I have been required to do things per their requirements. My neighbors that are within 50 feet are the police depart yet have never bothered me about this and these people are much further away. I was here first does this count?

I am looking for opinions A 19 year old boy was found in the park hanging from the swing set his body was partially on the ground he was found not hanging in the air there was no sign that he climbed on the swing set to jump the only thing that was visible was the seat part was wrapped around his neck holding him up.

I read the reports and the officers stated that there was no sign of a struggle and thats why it was ruled suicide. Then I read the autopsy report there was so sign of how he died. The Court said, "We need not resolve the difficult question of when life begins. When those trained in the respective disciplines of medicine, philosophy, and theology are unable to arrive at any consensus, the judiciary, at this point in the development of man's knowledge, is not in a position to speculate as to the answer."

Given that 1/3 of a century has passed and the level of medical knowledge has increased many times over, should we take another look at Roe v. Wade?
