If you are under 18, then call dept of child services. They will open an investigation, and will have someone that will represent your best interests. They will send you to someone to live until they can figure out what is going on, and you can refuse to go home, if you are a certain age. Call them for more information. Every county/state has a dept or child services.

Your parents are the LAW. Your dramatic interludes aside, you can't choose where to live. If your parents suck, use that as motivation to save money, do well in school, stay out of trouble. That way you can move out as soon as you are 18 and never look back.
If you do a bunch of stupid sh1t to get back at them, you will be the one to suffer.

if anyone sees someone hurting themselves or someone else ,you have a moral duty to call for help. 911 will do just fine.

report them to law enforcement from school,, they will take you to a safe place until they can get healthy
