Murder or Suicide?

I am looking for opinions A 19 year old boy was found in the park hanging from the swing set his body was partially on the ground he was found not hanging in the air there was no sign that he climbed on the swing set to jump the only thing that was visible was the seat part was wrapped around his neck holding him up.

I read the reports and the officers stated that there was no sign of a struggle and thats why it was ruled suicide. Then I read the autopsy report there was so sign of how he died. The only things that was there was froth like fluid in his lungs and one of the officers said that there was bluish type of saliva coming from the mouth does anyone have there opinion on were this bluish type saliva comes from..

I also want a opinion on what you think Murder or Suicide Thanks everyone for there help.....

It is too hard to tell with this much information. That is a uncommon way to hang yourself but stranger things have happened. I would need to look at photos and the autopsy report and any witness statements. Who talked to him last and what was his state of mind? What was his health prior to this? What time was he last seen alive and who was he with if anyone then? Was a suicide note found? Who found the Body and what did they have to say?
The medical examiner would have to rule on cause of death or leave it as undetermined and that should raise a red flag immediately with bell and sirens going off. If you can answer these questions I will have an answer for you until then it is suspicious at best.

The last person to see Joshua alive was a police officer, in the park, at 1 AM. Park curfew @ 10 PM. I don't know what transpired, I've not even been told which officer, out of 2 on duty, saw him.
Four of the five officers, on scene, resigned I'm June, only 3 months after Josh's death!

what kind of autopsy report has no sign of how he died?
what did the autopsy report say then?
is the cause of death pending?

blue saliva....
could be from anything blue...
my daughter drools blue saliva (when she's sleeping) after drinking blue gatorade or sucking on a blue lollipop.

what kind of low-rent pathologist is this?
"froth-like fluid"! great analysis. He had to go to medical school to make a determination like that? WTF?
