Why cant we as a human race decide that there are certain human rights that should not be violated not matter what. And all governments and people can support it. For starters no harming of children.

Let me just ask you right now..Are you against Taxation with the right to VOTE. I am. So why do teenagers who work and in some cases help their family survive pay taxes to a country they have NO say to where or what happens to their taxes they pay. Some will argue that it's only for a few years..or they only pay a few hundred dollars per year etc..BUT it's their money and they have NO VOTE. This country was founded on this principle "Taxation with Represenation" I'd love to hear your thought's on this crime happening to an estimated 8 BILLION dollars a year that has NO SAY!

I need to present information on how medicines become approved for use by the FDA. I also could use info on the authority of the FDA and how politics influence it. The steps required for a drug to get approval, regulation of drugs and advertising, etc. Any ideas on good sources for me to look at?

My brother seems to believe that the fraud and such committed by illegal immigrants justifies murdering them; he also goes on to say that you cannot be prosecuted for murdering an illegal immigrant because they are not a citizen of this country. I personally believe there's something wrong with his head.

But then that begs the question: can you be prosecuted for it? Explain why and under what law if you can.

Do you believe that ex felons can be just as productive as employees without criminal backgrounds but do not get the chance because of the simple question on the application for the job. If given a chance reformed felons can be valuable assets to any company. There are programs to help ease companies fears for giving a felon a chance at employment, but there are not many companies that will even consider people like us. If anyone knows of assistance that will help us here in Southwest GA please do tell. Why is this not a form of discrimination? I have paid my debt to society but yet and still have not been given a chance to prove that I can be an asset to society and not just an ex convicted felon. Is this ethical for the government to convict us, we pay our debt, but still treated as if we were still not worthy. If God gives 2nd chances why can not the people who convicted us and say we serve our time give us a 2nd chance?

Thank you for responding to my letter. Just one main question, who is being protected in this Marriage Protection Amendment? Because it does not protect me as a bisexaul woman. And who are we being protected from? Those evil gays and lesbians who want equal human rights? You should really answer those questions. And what about those other religions that let all people in love marry? Should your religion top theirs because there are more of you? And being that I am bi and a Christian, what about my right to marry whoever I love?? Another thoughtful response would be great, just so I can understand where one of my senators is coming from.

Schools will let you have religious groups (clubs). They will not let you say: God Bless You, Pray, anything like that so it's advertised to the student body as a time of fellowship and devotion.

I closed on a house 20 days ago-we had a home inspection and final walk-through-we now possibly have termites and defiantely have substantial damage in basement-water, mold hidden by 2 rows of ceiling tiles-appears to be a cover-up-what can I do- do I have recourse w/ seller or home inspector? These items were not disclosed by seller or found by inspector. Damage in basement has been determined to be from pre-existing condition from poor siding job.

I got the best lawyer in my state to take my case. I had done NOTHING to the girl. When my lawyer called her she said that I touched her on the shoulder while talking to her ( I never touch people when talking to them) & I made her nervous because I talked faster than most people in the south. So she wrote me up. I got a copy of her "accusation" & my lawyer quitting my case. The letter she wrote isn't close to what she told my lawyer & is full of lies! She said I hit her 3 times, threatened her, said I was hosptialized & my dr. was keeping records so I could sue the co. stupid stuff. My lawyer only takes 6 & 7 figure cases. Without him I'm screwed. But can I sue the liar for defamation of character? She claims that after the assault I talked to clients & a coworker for 5 mins while she went to look for a 60+ yr old coworker to make me leave, but I left before she found her. Right now I want to find her & do what she accused me of and MUCH MORE! What can I do legally?

Since most people hate or are just to busy for jury duty wouldn't it make more sense to use the pool of people who are available? Retired people for example would love to serve if transportation was provided.

I want need to increas sales for my home based business I currently own 1,000 dvds I bought threw retail outlets in my area and I was thinking if I started a website that I could host all my dvds on and any customer that buys my product I will give them access to watch my movies for free for 30 days or for a year whatever. this is like a free gift if you buy my product at reqular price.

Now if I do this for my customers only is their any copyright laws involved and if their is no way around them does anyone know were I can buy movie title that I legally can show for free.
