Wouldnt advise it as your husband can show adultry on your part
and not have tp pay any money towards you and he could walk away with everything
If there are childern involved then he will with out a doubt get custody

Check for a co-habitation law. Unless there is one then no. Basiclly co-habitation means members of different sexes can not live together unless related. While generally not enforced these laws can cause problems in any type of court case since you can be shown to be breaking the law. Also even if there is not a law against it, living together WILL effect your divorce case. He'll easily show adultery, and reduce/prevent alimony payments.
