I think she should been charged with attempted murder, and murder if any of the men die from this. She must have known what she was doing, so she should pay the consequences.

It definately should have been more than 2 and a half years. Thats GBH with Intent, maximum sentence being life. And she got what? 2.5 months per person?

The intent to transmit a deadly disease is equivalent to the intent to shoot someone. Was she prostituting? If so, her real intention was to get money and HIV was merely hidden from the men. Perhaps, that's why she got only 2 1/2 years.

I think that's justified because her senseless actions will now cause a man to live his life with a disease that will probably take his life in the end; it's endangerment of another human's life. However, men should be smarter than that and when they're with a stranger put on a condom. Then again, maybe they shouldn't be as smart, natural selection takes its toll as the world keeps growing overpopulated... if they don't have the survival instinct to ward their prized gems from disease..........

Well it does make sense if she never told the men that she was infected. Saying that, it is just as much the man's fault because, as they say, it takes two to tango. The man knew what he was doing. If people want to sleep around, they should make sure they are protected. Still, all depends on the circumstances. As for persuading him to have unprotected sex, sorry people, but he wouldn't have done it if he didn't want to. You can't make somene have unprotected sex(unless you rape them, which I guess wasn't the case so the man still had the choice to say no)

In this day and age it is up to individuals to be responsible for their own sexual health, but the guy who got hiv from her was in a long term relationship with her and she persuaded him to have unprotected sex.
She should have a life sentence as that is what she has given the guy. She knew she had hiv and should have been upfront and honest about it, as it is a killer as is she.

I think she was totally in the wrong and evil for doing what she did, as she had intent to infect these guys...but at the same time i think they are stupid for going around having unprotected sex! You can't just assume some1 is ok....use protection everyone! Its kinda their own fault.... whos to say they have not gone and passed it on to someone else now?? I do feel sorry for the guys involved but they were stupid!

I think she should be sent to prison for a long time. Knowing you have a fatal disease and passing it on knowingly in such a malicious way is appalling. What a *****. Gives us women a bad name.

Should she be done for attempted murder? maybe. Not sure.
