Fraud, and murder, are illegal everywhere in the world. You can be prosecuted for murdering either a legal or an illegal immigrant, or even a tourist, for that matter. Where the prosecution takes place is usually decided by where the crime takes place, and in many countries, the death penalty is still in effect.
What law can you be prosecuted under? Exactly the same laws you would be prosecuted under if you had killed a US citizen, or if you had defrauded one.

Sound something fishy here!!
You are the one who wanna murder some illegal immigrant , right? I gonna save this question if there would be some murder there i will do my best so that authorities could notice this question and of course there is master mind behind this question.
Its common sense legally you are not allowed to klil ANYONE even you have no right to kill a killer. Court will take care of killer.
If murder of illegal immigrant would be legal million of racist would have killed immigrants but this is not happening. Thats why there are laws so people with animal instinct keep in cages.
Say to your brother that he should learn from immigrants they do not worry to kill but worry to earn.

Um...premediated murder?
None of the murder/manslaugher laws have ever required citizenship as a requirement. It is generally phrased as "the unlawful killing of another" or "the unlawful killing of a human being".
There have been cases as to what is a human being, involving death of a fetus. But I think you'd be hard pressed to say a non-citizen is not a human being.
Here's some of the relevant Nevada Statutes:
"Murder" defined.
Murder is the unlawful killing of a human being:
1. With malice aforethought, either express or implied...The unlawful killing may be effected by any of the various means by which death may be occasioned. Nev. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 200.010 (2006)
200.033. Circumstances aggravating first degree murder.
The only circumstances by which murder of the first degree may be aggravated are...11. The murder was committed upon a person because of the actual or perceived race, color, religion, national origin, physical or mental disability or sexual orientation of that person. Nev. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 200.033 (2006)

Murdering and illegal immigrant is a crime anywhere you go. and a crime with God so if your brother knows some illegal immagrants and don't like the fact that they are here he can report them and have them sent back. but he should put himself in their position, what if he was being abused and starving and had family in the usa who is living comfortable but don't have enough money to send for you so you sneak in and live with tem until you can figure out ho to become a citizen i'm not saying i agree with illegal immagrants, and I feel they should be deported and do things the leagal way but people also pay people to marry their family member to become legal and is that breaking the law?

That representative team has extra interest to the unlawful aliens from Mexico. there is in actuality particularly some levels of crimes yet whether the unlawful is committing homicide, rape or theft or basically illegally in our u . s . a . they are nonetheless criminals. as quickly as a individual illegally enters our u . s . a . they alter right into a criminal and that they compound that crime daily they proceed to be right here. Criminals are criminals, some worse than others, yet all are subject to arrest and prosecution. we are a rustic of regulations that we expect to be obeyed and assume people who violate our regulations to be prosecuted. And sure - there replace right into a drop in crimes linked to illegals yet look too on the variety of arrests and deportations ICE replace into making at that factor. Enforcement replace into up and the crime fee went down. maximum suitable argument for implementing our immigration regulations is supported by making use of information exhibiting the relationship between ICE and regulation enforcement activities and the quantity of crime. as long as we basically take a seat back and permit those people run as they desire our crime expenditures will flow back up.

the crime of murder does not care who the victim was, if you murder an illegal imigrant you will be facing prison or death. murdering is always wrong without exception. also crime commited by illegal imigrants is a far lower percentage than crime by a citizen. if you were an illegal imigrant would you do anything to attract attention from the police?

Call the police and have them sit down with your brother. He sounds like he's in danger of spending a WHOLE lot of time behind bars.
