Presidents don't pass laws. Congress passes laws, and Presidents sign them.

Read the Constitution, twinkles. You might learn something. Then again, maybe you won't.

Yes, it is the NEW WORLD ORDER that is being set up by the illuminati which is the leadership of the "Skulls" that our dear president was a member of in college. Freedom is just a word now son, I'm so sorry you will have to live through this. Some say the president doesn't pass laws but he does know how to get around Congress. That's how we got to Iraq in the first place. Don't be fooled like everyone else.

The president does not pass laws, there is a discussion by both parties for a Federal or National ID card. Of course we already have a simular idea called a drivers or state ID licence which are all based on computer together in a national system.

And of course one is not suppose to be able to work today without proper ID.

And to work we also already have a national ID, called a social security card try having a bank account, checking account, credit card without one.

No, the President can only sign the laws into effect after congress has passed them.
