There is none currently. Sheri is sadly mistaken if she believes there are federal laws on lunch and breaks. There is NO FEDERAL laws concerning lunches/breaks. These are handled soley at the state level. Most, but NOT all the states mandate some type of lunch. Most, but NOT all the states though do NOT require breaks.

People need to stop confusing state and federal law and learn that one only effects people within a single state.

those laws are federal. for an eight hour day an employee must get 2 15 miniute breaks and a half hour lunch break, and the have to be done at specific intervals
