I have been working on a simple guide for people on how to apply for and get an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) from the IRS so that they can file tax returns and be able to take legitimate deductions. With an ITIN and a 1040 they can also declare income and prove that they pay taxes. An ITIN is for people who can't get a SSN.

I wanted to try to write a very short and simple how-to guide because the process for applying for an ITIN can be very frustrating and the IRS instructions are long and confusing. I know this from experience!

But I will need help with translating to Spanish and with making it available to everyone who wants it for free. I would also be happy if you can help me by reading it and giving advise on how to improve the English writing.

Thank you :)

A lot of people from Mexico entered into the country legally Is it fair to say those people who waited and waited in line and at last made here would want to reward many others who ignored the legal way to get here by sneaking across the border. Should the Hispanincs be going back and asking for a refund for the pride and joy of waiting into the land of milk and honey would rather expect that if that can wait and save and do without in order to get here would they not expect others to do the same? Is it fair to just Hispainc and everyone is suppose drop everything to help others who refuse to do the legal way even knowing if the illeagl ones here are able to send back to Mexico billions of dollars. It all comes down to what is right and moral to what is not. Fake documents are not approved by God regarless of what it brings. Job is a good example. Suppose Job left and said Lord it's too hard . Suppose he took off to another country instead of staying and having no faith.

Why is it that people like me are called pro-illegals?
I mean no one wants open borders & more illegal immigration. I just think that illegals are a convienent scapegoat. I know this country needs some amount of temporary workers to do jobs NO ONE else will do. Heck I know people that HATE illegal immigration but still believe that we need some form of legalization for some of them

No one's saying
"Ah shucks why not? Let em all in"

wouldn't pro-immigration reform be a lot more accurate?

Not all hispanic people are illegal immigrants and even the ones that are don't deserve that kind of treatment. Unless you are full Native American I don't wanna hear it.

I've heard it's at least 35,000. The Commie Chinese government places them in places like hospitality industry, restaurants, computer repair, telecom companies, etc.

They like the hotel and restaurant workers overhearing conversations and they steal data with computer techs and intercept transmissions at telecoms.

No other country has anywhere near as many spies in the US.

This quote from the first article stood out to me the most
"ADL's report, released on April 24, states that white supremacists, skinheads, and other extremist groups are using the immigration debate to incite violence against Latinos, regardless of status, around the country."

Well why exactly am I asking this? Well not to long ago another user posted a similar question ( talking about hate crimes against LEGAL hispanics) and one person answered "They knew they were looking for trouble when they came here. They got what was coming to them". I'll get bashed if I name names so I'll just say this.....if I were to ever see her in person I would have some "colorful" words for her.

BREWSTER - A 32-year-old Brewster man who police say is in the country illegally from Guatemala faces felony charges after sexually abusing two girls, ages 10 and 11, police said today.

Sergio Antonio Martinez-Garza is being held today at the Putnam County jail in lieu of $100,000 cash bail or $200,000 bond, according to the Putnam County Sheriff's Office.

However, even if he does post bond, he can't be released because federal immigration officials put a detainer warrant on him, ordering the jail to hold him pending possible deportation proceedings, police said.

Martinez-Garza, of 550 N. Main St., touched the girls' private parts at a residence in Brewster, police said.

Sheriff's investigators arrested him Sunday, charging him with two counts of second-degree engaging in the course of sexual conduct against a child, police said. The sheriff's department announced the arrest today.

Martinez-Garza was arraigned Sunday before Village Justice Richard O'Rourke and is due back in court on Sept. 10.

That is the same date that two other village men in the country illegally are due to appear in Village Court to answer statutory rape charges. Police allege that Pedro Sagastume, 21, and Jeremias Perez, 22, had sex with two girls, 13 and 15, in the men's apartment at 167 Main St. The two men have been held on $50,000 bail since their July 15 arrests.

Police said the girls allegedly victimized by Martinez-Garza were not physically injured and were referred to Child Protective Services. Martinez-Garza and the girls knew each other and, police said, the crimes were not random acts.

After the arrest, sheriff's investigators identified Martinez-Garza as Guatemalan allegedly in the country illegally and notified federal immigration officials and the Guatemalan consulate that he is being held at the Putnam jail, police said.

Companies like Tyson, and General Mills, and others, go to Mexico to recruit employees to come here legally, so they can work "jobs Americans" don't want" are paid above minimum wages and pay no income tax for the first 5 years. Yet, I know many Americans who would take such jobs, but they are given to Legal immigrants and ILLEGAL immigrants too. So, We, Americans, lose 2 ways.
THEY DO NOT PAY TAXES !!!!

Why cant we see peoplefor what they really are, mexican black asian.
What it all comes down to is you have someone trying to make a better life for themself.
Feed their family, get a chance to start a family.
Work hard and do good things.

Why is that somethign people are so easy to take away from others?

It just shows how uncompassionate and black hearted some people choose to be.
If mexicans are crossign our borders and commiting crimes, then punish them accordingly.
make is so they never come back.

but if all they want to do is work hard and provide for their familes, than as people -- not just americans, we should be sympathetic to that cause.

because remember -- GOD could have so easily made us an immigrant in a 3rd worldcountry.
So maybe we owe it to HIM, to treat others as we would want to be treated.

you think?

Mexicans claim that they have a lot of kids even if they cannot afford them because birth control is against their religion. Does this mean that Mexicans never use birth control? If so, each woman would have about 20 kids.

This is what it could solve:
1. Immigration issues and border patrol.
2. Drug trafficking.
3. Economic issues for both countries (instead of so much trade with China).
4. Better health care for them instead of fleeing their country for free health care that we end up paying for anyway.
5. Better education (instead Dad and Mom leaving children behind).
6. Our vacation money would be spent in our own country.
7. Not to mention some of our companies out sourcing.
