a child is born in Boston Mass. to parents who were both born in Boston Mass. this child is not an Americamn citizen. how could this be possible?

If the parents were born in Boston but weren't American citizens, then the child would not be a citizen either.

In a perfect world, the child would not be an American citizen , even being born on American soil, if the parents, parents were not citizens at the time of THEIR births. I absolutely HATE the fact that anyone can sneak into this country and squeeze out a baby and that baby is granted American citizenship. It encourages lazy worthless people to break the laws to get what they are not entitled to.

his parents are not born in America because the two parents are not his. it dose not say there his it jus says to parents who were born in Boston they could be someone else's
