wasting our tax payers money, the same people that support the same people who have squanderred billions and trillions on a war that should never be fought, and on loopholes that pocket the profits for themselves and their friends (republicans) AND HAVE COMMITTED more severe CRIMES against america, against innocent soldiers and their familes, and against the world???

If this is about Crimes -- then why arent these people raving about every scandal in the white house.
About 9/11 and all the infractions LIKE THE DESTRUCTION OF ALL THE FAA communications that were destroyed illegally.

And the money, why arent they moving to remove al the republicans for there destruction of our budget, which is so filled with pork and curruption it isnt even funny.

Because those aren't ruining our children's schools and upward mobility and draining the services we pay into for a time of need for ourselves and our families.

However, many of us have opinions on other subjects, as well. They tend not to be raised on the 'immigration' page.

No they aren't all the same people. Let me help you with this logic problem. There are four* possible combinations in the fact pattern you presented:

1-For illegal immigration/for the war
2-Against illegal immigration/against the war
3-Against illegal immigration/for the war
4-For illegal immigration/against the war

There are plenty of people who fall into each of the above categories. Hope this answers your question!

*Actually there are more possible combinations if someone is ambivalent on either or both matters. But my point is made without gilding the lily.

Nice rant. Scandals don't automatically mean crimes. And just because you don't personally agree with the war doesn't make it a crime either. And your question doesn't even really make a lot of sense. Are you saying that supporters of the war should love illegal immigrants coming into the country? Why would that be? One has nothing to do with the other.

Typical, every time I hear this debate (and I have heard it over and over) I just laugh. It is a desperate attempt to draw attention away fro the real issue....illegal immigrants are criminals. If you, who have come i to this country, probably illegally , disagree with the way we appropriate our funds, then leave. Why , if you hate the way we do things, are you even here? You are here for a better life in a better place. You are just bitter because you are required to go through a lengthy legal process to attain legal status. If you want to be here, do the work and stop complaining about things that are none of your business. Until you become a legal American citizen, you have NO right to complain about the way America does anything.

Some of them may be, but they can't /all/ be. About 70 percent of Americans are against illegal immigration - and some of the remaining 30% have got to be willing to admit that illegals are breaking the law.

Considerably less than 70% support the war.

i agree we wasted money on the war, that the war should never have been fought, and what the bush administration did was nothing short of a crime. but i'm also against illegal immigration. so no, i'm not the same person.

all crimes are wrong.
