Should there be a law that all Legal Immigrants MUST learn English and pass a test to stay here?

He is believe to be fleeing to Mexico but being illegal has nothing to do with the crime ?
A 27-year-old Fredonia man on the run from charges in a fatal hit-and-run crash in Sheboygan County had been drinking for several hours prior to the Tuesday crash and is in the country illegally, according to a criminal complaint released this morning.


Eddie Carbajal-Lile, whose last known address is 220 Martin Lane, Apt. 2, is charged with hit and run resulting in death, a felony charge that carries penalties of up to 15 years in prison and a $100,000 fine.

Authorities say he ran a stop sign in the Town of Lima and hit a car with three teenagers inside, injuring two and killing Paul B. Watry, 17, of Port Washington.

Capt. Dave Adams of the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department said investigators believe Carbajal-Lile — an illegal immigrant — may attempt to flee the country. A warrant for his arrest was issued with the criminal complaint Thursday night.

Carbajal-Lile is alleged to have been the driver of a Nissan Sentra that ran a stop sign about 8:40 p.m. Tuesday while eastbound on county Highway V at state Highway 32. He struck a 1995 Chevrolet Cavalier driven by Scot Mueller, 18, of Port Washington, Adams said.

Mueller and passenger Jillian Fitzmaurice, 18, of Oostburg, were hospitalized after the crash but have since been released. Watry was declared dead at 2:30 p.m. at Froedtert Memorial Lutheran Hospital in Wauwatosa, with the cause of death listed as closed head trauma, the complaint said.


According to the complaint:

Witnesses said Carbajal-Lile walked away from the crash after retrieving his cell phone, and the complaint said he called a friend twice saying he had hit something and didn’t feel good.

That friend told police that he had been drinking with Carbajal-Lile and several other friends from 5:30 p.m. to sometime after 8 p.m. that night at Kim’s Five Corners Tavern & Eatery, N3701 Highway I, a little more than two miles from the crash site.

He said Carbajal-Lile had a total of five or six beers.

Detectives tracked down the friend through a credit card receipt after an anonymous caller reported five Hispanic males had been drinking at Kim’s tavern around the time of the crash.

Adams said Carbajal-Lile — whose aliases include Eddie Carbajal, Eddie Lile, Eddie Carbajal-Farvies, ***** Carbajal, ***** Carbajal-Lile and ***** Lile — now may be living in the Sheboygan area, though an anonymous tipster told investigators he may be trying to flee to Mexico.

They gloat on what occurred a couple hundred to a thousand years ago as if that point in time held some significance.

I ask why!~ why do we care about the "recent past", when time is dynamic- kinetic in nature(figuratively speaking)- ....like a rolling a ball on an uneven surface...WHO CARES if the ball moves to the left or stops in place for some time, the ball is traveling and it didnt start in the middle- why do they focus on ancesters of late?...is it because their science hasn't reveal the eons before, so they are ignorant to the true origins of mankind~ or even who they are or where they descend "Ultimately"- if ultimately could be determined with any certain amount of accuracy?.

I think it is racism!~ every race is ethnocentric to some degree, I think it is natural for people to feel threatened by people foreign to their own, people always fear the unknown and this is just another example in action(current events).

The Ship legislation that is currently up for renewal has been re-writen to make sure all Illegal Aliens benefit from the law abiding and working US citizens. This program was originally suposed to give Health care coverage for children of families too poor to pay for it themselves. But as with any government program that is "For the Children" the socialist in congress have added a ton of welfare boondogles to this legislation. Some additional details: This program will change the coverage to include all families making up to $80,000, all children up to age 25 and all illegals, since they have more right to our tax dollars than those who actually obay the law and earn that money. Contact your congressional rep topday and say no to Illegal Imigration welfare and no to the ships program!!

They are immigrants. They don't have rights. How are they able to protest? I'm not against them coming here, they are just going to have to put up with the 10 year wait list to become a citizen. If they don't like that, they can fix their own country. There's enough of them here to make a reform in their own country, but they would rather come here and take advantage of the American way.

would you support putting pressure on the governments in latin america to stop all these people from coming here. this debate is about as as much as a human issue as it is an economical one. i think many people would do whatever they had to do in order to grant their children a better life. unfortunately they are doing it illegally. why dont we put more pressure on their gov to help stop this prob. i think if they had a choice they would rather stay in their countries than come here if the situation was better where they are from. anyway thats my solution wuts yours

The illegal currently under arrest has a lengthy arrest record. Perhaps if we were as serious about our immegration laws as Mexico is, this criminal would have been in his home country before our innocent citizens paid with their lives for the crime of having money that this lower life form wanted for his own use.

It seems to me Britain would benefit from this, and had it been done from the 1950's onwards, this country would be a better place!

Some cultures and races seem to do well here, and others simply do not. Im generalising, as i think you have to, but using criteria such as: successful integration with the indiginous british, levels of employment, academic achievement, family stability, levels of crime/%of prison population etc, peoples such as Middle Eastern Christians, Jews, Non Muslim Indians(Hindu, Sikh, Jain etc), Orientals/Chinese, Poles, Czechs, Italians, Greeks etc seem to do very well in Britain, as do Anglo/Celtic people who are historically british and come back, such as Australians, Kiwis, Canadians, South Africans, White Zimbabweans etc.

Whereas Pakistanis, Bangladeshis, Somalis, Afro-Caribbeans(paricularly young men), North African Arabs, Albanians, Kurds etc do not do so well using those criteria.

Muslims seem to fit in less well than other religions also.

The dollar is worth nothing, Americans are hated everywere and have lots of enemies ( besides the fact that they dress horribly!!) its infrastructure is lousy, has no trains, no social security, maybe they earn more than europeans but also spend more, they live 16 hours a day in their car whiole here in europe you dont even need one since transport is so good, food is lousy, cities are horrendous, all made of paper, no castles or palaces or nothing..

dont you think is a little overpriced to live there?

In that they told me to download and sign and send it to benin immigration services for visa and workspermit prossesing.I have done the same thing .Benin immigration services send the visa form and re-emburencement form and told me to send the forms after signature and send $1350 threw western union.These are the govt visa processing charges.So i have informed to radisson hotel and resorts.They told me that this is the govt processor that every candidate entering to benin has to do so you do what benin immigration services told.But how i can belive that after sending the money i will get responce are not.So i ask Radisson hotel and resorts that you arrange my visa and workspermit,what ever expences will be deducted from my salary.But they send the reply that they cannot take risk that after spending money if the candidate not willing to join.Same way i am also thinkingthat after sending money if i am not getting reply to whome i should ask.So tell me weather i have done right or wrong.

Imagine if America gave up the southwestern part and Mexico now calls it Alta California and says that all people that live there are now Mexican citizens. If it was you there would you willingly give up your American identity because of what some people in Ciudad de México, DF had decided to do to you with out your consent? I served in the us Army for 8 years. I served in Campbondsteel Kosovo in 1999. Since 1999 I have been trying to obtain citizenship, got interview, passed test and was waiting for swearing in ----when Ins denied me stating it was not for that purpose. I wrote to all my congreeman but no real help, the secretaries just send you a letter stating that they are looking into it. I have dozens of letters and spent thousands of dollars. I live in NY and I have a clean record. I was paid harzadous duty pay while deployed to this warzone, and got an honorable discharge. After INS closed my case I spent 10000 us to take it to federal court. The judge denied it 2 days ago stating my tour was for tax benifits and not immigration benefits. Although section 329 of the law stated you are qualified once served in a combat zone as designated by president-------and Kosovo was designated by Bill Clinton as a combat zone. Can someone help? I just got a call from the RNC. I was in the shower today and wondering why they had not called in a while. Anyway they called me today at work and asked for a donation. I politely refused because of their sell out under the table deal in immigration. They want to give illegals blanket amnesty and all sorts of preferences and tax money from the rest of us.

We were BETRAYED.

As I was talking the young woman said she understood why I wasn't giving. She also said I was the nicest person she'd talked to today. She said that most people were yelling at her about immigration and cursing her and the RNC over immigration and not giving a cent.

For any of you who know the RNC and the type of people that donate it is extremely weird to here of this type of behavior from them as they call from a list of long time donors.

So my question is will the RNC get the point and stop the SHAMESTY push? Or will they continue the fraud and implode in this election cycle?
