No one or nothing is truly free. To live we are compelled to work for the capitalist class. So we are not truly free.

No country really have true Freedom. Its just propaganda and a huge lie. Freedom is Anarchy and it's bad. What makes a country great is the law and how it is applied. A system that is fair and even is considered a good country. The UN does not state what the Punishment should be or the law, because it should be determined by the culture of that country. It would be racist to force a country to accept the laws from a foreign source.

The reason why Anarchy is bad, is that eventualy the powerful would gather and prey on the weak. Frankly if there is Anarchy I would buy up as much weapon as possible and threaten all to give me a part of their income and savings.

"Are you truly free?"

Compared to most, yes. But overall, no.

"Do you have real freedom?"

See above answer.

"If yes how? and when? since age 18?"

N/A.

"if no whats missing?"

The "freedom" part.

"whats got you on a leash?"

Lots of things:
The plutocratic oligarchy masquerading as our democracy. The shallow, materialistic, self-absorbed consumer culture that's dominant in our country. The current disregard for our Constitution and the leanings toward a police state. The ignorance and apathy of the general public. Class war. Etc, etc...

"and since when did you lose your freedom?"

Birth. It's gotten worse in the last decade though...

"when you grew out of your childhood?"

Nope (see above).

Relative to other nations, we're one of the most free societies on earth.

We can choose any field of work, and even get a student loan to do so if we're poor.
We can marry who we choose, inside or outside our racial or economic group.
We can express our political beleifs and vote our conscience without persecution.
And many other options, that would be unusual in other nations that call themselves free.

I think we have it pretty good.

Whether we keep those freedoms depends on how well we guard those freedoms as a collective people.
But relative to just about anywhere else, it makes you want to kiss the ground, to see the freedoms we have.

First you have to be free in your mind.
Work and bill paying are a form of slavery which most can not escape from. It is an endless cycle. You have to find peace in your mind and heart first, then you can change the outside world.

we SHOULD be free to do almost anything (as long as we pay taxes, and dont break the law) but in liberal america, something called the CONSTITUTION is only applied to minorities.
