A lot of people from Mexico entered into the country legally Is it fair to say those people who waited and waited in line and at last made here would want to reward many others who ignored the legal way to get here by sneaking across the border. Should the Hispanincs be going back and asking for a refund for the pride and joy of waiting into the land of milk and honey would rather expect that if that can wait and save and do without in order to get here would they not expect others to do the same? Is it fair to just Hispainc and everyone is suppose drop everything to help others who refuse to do the legal way even knowing if the illeagl ones here are able to send back to Mexico billions of dollars. It all comes down to what is right and moral to what is not. Fake documents are not approved by God regarless of what it brings. Job is a good example. Suppose Job left and said Lord it's too hard . Suppose he took off to another country instead of staying and having no faith.

I don't believe all Hispanics approve of illegals. I know a few legal Hispanics that are pretty upset about all the illegals coming here. They are smart enough to know in the end it will hurt them, also. They are upset they waited and did it the legal way and now its rough on them because people see them and automatically think they are illegal. One friend has had a very good lawn service and says the illegals are coming on the scene and quoting people a way lower price to do the service, stealing his customers away. So, he realizes what this does to his wages.

That applies to only the legals who are smart. A lot of legal immigrants are totally against illegals because they are waiting to sponsor family members and watch every day as others just come here illegally.

I don't understand the illegals and their supposedly family and work values. If you have these things, you should also have personal values as to not do things when you know it is wrong.

It is not a huge crime coming here illegally until you provide fake, stolen, or bought ID's, or work for cash under the table, or commit crimes and run, or file for benefits with the fake ID's.

I think that the focus should be on not offering free benefits to illegals from anywhere. Free hospital care, jobs, schooling, lunch programs, tax breaks (no taxes)...on and on. I don't blame some poor person for coming here illegally. I blame our selfish polititians for buying votes and selling the rest of us out. Change the laws and stop the giveaways if you want there to be a slower flow of illegals.

My mother paid a ton of money to become a citizen as are my brother and father right now...why should an illegal alien get it easy? It's not fair to us or those trying to come in the US legally. It's a complete injustice to demand such a thing as amnesty. It's not right. Frankly I think they should go back to where they came from and demand their government do something about the unavailability of jobs in their country.

I don't think that. I even have a couple Hispanics friends who don't approve of illegal immigration.

I am Hispanic American but I wouldn't say I approve of illegals, nor do I approve mass deportation (can't happen, ever), I think we need to secure our border, and legalize the rest that are good, not the convicted criminals.

So yes, some may think all Hispanics approve, but we can't assume that because it's not true.

While I agree with you that not all Hispanics approve of illegals, a lot of them do. Look at places like Miami. Even the Miami Heralds Hispanic writers are supporting them. It gives Hispanics a bad name. La Raza is not helping the issue either. On the other hand Hispanics that I work with want them deported. They came here legally and work their a**es off. Gods approval of fake documents is not going to help the U.S. We have to.

Because that's what the pro-illegal side wants everyone to believe, that way they are taken more seriously.

They want our politicians to believe they are a much larger voting block then they really are.

Because a lot of Hispanics (probably a large majority) do approve of illegals, and they're very vocal about it. And there aren't very many Hispanics who disapprove of illegals, and are vocal about it.

Good points! I do not believe that all legals are in support of illegals, whatever country they come from. That is human nature.
Of course, it is NOT to the advantage of the legals to support the illegals in their endeavors: it means less for them.

I don't feel that way, of course having 3 grand kids that are Mexican Americans might have something to do with that.
I am adamantly for deportation of all illegals and anchor babies, and arrest and conviction of anyone who aids them.
one of the big reasons I feel that way is my grandchildren.
