Companies like Tyson, and General Mills, and others, go to Mexico to recruit employees to come here legally, so they can work "jobs Americans" don't want" are paid above minimum wages and pay no income tax for the first 5 years. Yet, I know many Americans who would take such jobs, but they are given to Legal immigrants and ILLEGAL immigrants too. So, We, Americans, lose 2 ways.

In this instance, SNOPES is biased. Snopes is a liberal based website. My proof is a company called Gilster Mary Lee, based in Chester, Illinois and has plants in Illinois, Missouri, Arkansas, and Colorado. A friend in the accounting department made me aware of these facts. Immigrants, legal or Illegal, pay no taxes for the first 5 years.
DO YOUR OWN HOMEWORK !!!

Yes. A chicken plant in NC went to mexico about 10 years ago and picked up a bunch of workers and now 99% of workers are illegal mexicans. A white/black citizen can no longer get a job there.

Sorry that is incorrect. A few seconds of research could have saved you the embarrassment of embracing yet another urban legend.

If you are biased against Snopes (you say they lie) read the IRS publication about taxing "Publication 515 (4/2007), Withholding of Tax on Nonresident Aliens and Foreign Entities" http://www.irs.gov/publications/p515/index.html and
"Publication 15 (1/2007), (Circular E), Employer's Tax Guide" http://www.irs.gov/publications/p15/index.html. Neither of these publications discuss a 5 year tax free time for immigrants. Conversely these publications require collection of taxes.

Please give us the legitimate SOURCE for your information. I have a problem with many of your statements here. If you are right, then I stand corrected.

Wouldn't want to wager a bet on what you're saying, though...

Maybe this "source" company of yours needs to be indicted, as they are not withholding income taxes from their workers' payroll. I can assure you the actions you describe are NOT legal.
