The law says yes. If you say No, how do you distinguish them from criminals who've done their time? Does anyone get a chance at redemption?

My boyfriend and the father of my two sons is being held by immigration on a deportation warrant. He will be sent back to Haiti in about 3 weeks. He has been in the USA for 27 years he has a legitimate full time job where he has worked for the past 18 years and he pays taxes. My children will suffer for this unfortunate problem they will have to grow up without a father and my oldest son is 14 months and we have another son on the way who may never have the chance for his father to ever see him in his lifetime. My boyfriend also has a life or death medical condition, he has a blood clot in his leg that could travel and create serious harm on him or death. He was scheduled to have surgery two weeks after he was picked up by INS, he has his own health insurance, he does not depend on the government in any kind of way. But noone seems to care at all. It will be very hard to raise two sons on my own. Is there anyone that can help us?

And then after that has been done, we can talk about what of our immigration laws need to be changed, or if they are ok as is. Almost all of us have said we need control of our borders, in todays changing times, we have to know who is coming into our country, and why.

I heard that a group of people started building a wall already and that if the government doesn't help that they will keep building one. I personally have nothing against Mexicans but I think that they shouldn't come here illegally. It makes it harder for schools to try and teach students who don't speak english(but that can be fixed). It is also hard for hospitals to deal with people who don't have health care. Some people say that we should help mexico and then they wouldn't have to come over here. Well it's not America's job to go out and help every country. It's sad. If I could I'd try and help mexico by building better towns for them and safer areas.

I can see people having a problem with it, because of the atomosphere it was performed at- probably not the best song to choose ... but I didn't think it was racist, I think that was going a bit overboard -wanted to see what others thought

Today someone claimed that the NHS could not cope with certain things, and they blamed it on (partly or solely) on immigration.

What do you think?

Third, stop paying for emergency room visits, and finally, set up fake mexican consulates with big signs in front saying get your illegal ID card matrictula Consular fake bogas worthless ID and when they walk in its a one way door like a cockroach trap!

If they fall sick, too bad ,they die of the common ailment, at work, as long as they get the job done, who cares about thier employment right, this way we can keep recycling them by pretending they are not here whilst deep down we are taking advantage of them.............Is this the way to treat Illegal Immigrants

An Arizona man who mortgaged his house to finance a small fence on someone else's private land along the U.S.-Mexico border is suing the Minuteman Civil Defense Corps for putting up cheap cattle fencing rather than an "Israeli-style" barrier, and failing to complete even that.

"Jim Campbell is a great American," declared MCDC President Chris Simcox a year ago, when Campbell gave the group $100,000 for the fence project. Campbell said then, "I can now rest comfortably knowing that I can look the next generation in the eye and say to them: 'We stepped up and did what we could to preserve the future of your country.'" Now Campbell has changed his tune.

This is a country founded by immigrants and has a long history of independence.
Why do they have to live in poverty their whole lives just because they are not born in the United States of America?-to beleive that they do is arrogant and even discrimatory ( not rascist).
