i have picked and packed fruit for bartlett pears, i have picked up trash, cleaned rest rooms and done yard work,, i have seen alot of other white americans doing that as well, so what are they,, from what i understand the illegals are cut throating americans by doing it for 50 cents a day and living with 30 people per house,, thats all i see

well you and a few others are rare exseptions I think , alot of Hispanics do it because usally the people who are doing the hiring in the fileds dont ask for legal documents, fake social securitys are fine with them, because hispanics are so happy for someone to hire them they take anything, just to provide for there 11 to 13 brothers and sisters in mexico and to pay rent,,, food,,,, transportation..... hipanics or any illegals should do it the right way and come with a visa..... that is true ... I am Mexican american... and My great grandparents came here without visa's..... america is cut throating americans because they would rather pay my hispanics cheaper . and mexicans are of the hispanic cultur for you that say were not.....

They aren't working for 50 cents a day but they are working for less than the going rate. That is how they are under cutting the American workers and we can thank our elected officials in D.C. both Democrats and Republicans for caring about more votes for their party than about the American worker.

It has been proven that only about 3% of the jobs Mexicans do are ones that Americans typically shun.

Think of all the billions of dollars our country has to spend for free medical care, free housing, free education, jails, etc.

This nonsense that Mexicans will do jobs Americans won't overlooks one huge error: it is only the huge influx of illegal Mexicans that is allowing employers to pay such low wages. Without illegals, the wages would have to rise, and regular Americans would take the job.

When I was a kid, it was common to cut lawns, and do all sorts of work that now only Mexicans do. Mexicans have made it impossible for even children to get their first taste of work experience.

Girls often used to work at the hotels as maids, before and after school, and during summers. That work is gone too.

No one can get any type of first jobs anymore due to the huge influx of immigrants, mainly illegals.

its not that only illegals will do and americans wont. Its the fact that they would take any job that goes their way, regardless of the pay, while americans cant do that, because their home costs around 100 times as much as the mexican (at home). and also, if these guys get fu-cked over (the employer doesnt pay) they cant sue them, since their not allowed to be working for them anyways.

Exactly. Legal Americans have been doing those jobs for ages, but... they won't do them for below minimum wage. Employers know they can pay illiegals below minimum, because who will they complain to? If there were no illegals, they would have to pay an honest day's wage to Americans who will do those jobs. The government should hold employers' feet to the fire on this.

I don't know what types of jobs they are talking about either. I agree with you about cutthroating. Unless they had a big, big house it seems it would be illegal and un-sanitary for all of them to live in one dwelling. Ilegal immigrants act like we should give them special care or something. Smart one, Mexicans are still Hispanic. There's different groups. Puerto Rican, Costa Rican, Honduran, Aregentinian, everywhere in Central & South America, Puerto Rico, Cuba, Dominican Republic, & Spain is considered Hispanic. Just because Mexican is a different Hispanic group then your friend's group, doesn't mean Mexicans are Hispanic.
