If they fall sick, too bad ,they die of the common ailment, at work, as long as they get the job done, who cares about thier employment right, this way we can keep recycling them by pretending they are not here whilst deep down we are taking advantage of them.............Is this the way to treat Illegal Immigrants

The simplest answer is to make them legal, or failing that to give them normal employment rights until the are actually removed from the country. My preferred system would have would-be immigrants pay a bond before arrival, any healthcare or other expenses to be deducted from it. At the end of five years if they had been gainfully employed they would be allowed to stay permanently.

The fair way to treat an illegal is to give them a choice of being imprisoned or sent home. If they're sick when caught, provide medical attention and send the bill to their Mexico address which is where they'll be sent next (or to prison, their choice). Employers of illegals should face a very stiff penalty for abetting a criminal. My thoughts on the subject have to do with nothing more than that "illegal" thing which you mentioned in your question. They (illegals) are the victims of their own bad choice of coming here illegally.

They are things that can only be discovered after hundreds and hundreds of trials. And of course, strict restriction needs to be in place. However, because the basis of science is always changing due to new discoveries, we need to also have sympathy to the drug company as well. They are not miracle makers, they only try to make profits by selling something that they "think" might help other people. Imagine the world without antibiotics and other medication, how many people would have to die? If we agree that science can be changed, the drug company might not have an excuse of increasing medication prices because of law suit. Also if we look at any other area that has used the socialist system it has bogged down and failed to live up to its Utopian promise. No system is perfect but open and free market is the best out there.

Rights of humanity have to be wade against rules.
if i rob a store with a gun and i get shoot, would you say, how could they have shot him? no because i put others in danger and broke the rules, because we can not see the immediate hurt of illegals we down play the issue and up play the humanity side.
however, i do believe we are all immigrants, and we need to take care of all people.
if i were in office, i would deport all illegals in jail or in court to day in America, everyone else would have a working pass for 5 years with a fine of 10,000 to 30,000 depending on how long they have been in the state. they would be given 6moth to register and except this find, if they do not then when found they would be deported. the find could be split up over the five years in monthly payment, failure to pay would be deportation.
if they were to have, X number of misdemeanor convictions or one felony convictions in this time, deported.
during this time they would be taxed, no SS benefits, and basic medical coverage.
this would allow people how are here and do care and do want to do better for there families, the ability to stay while still excepting punishment.
at the end of the five years, they would have to take a reading and speach test in English. 3 tries and then your out.
also stop them from coming into the country in the first place.

We are not responsible for the health and welfare of those who should not be here at all. Why do the taxpayers have to support those who broke the law in the first place by coming here. I don't think anyone complains about the legal immigrants who went through the time and trouble to get here legally including learning the language.

One can't have their "cake" and eat it too. Either we find out where they are and deport them or they continue to hide in this country and get taken advantage of. Hey, it's THEIR choice! They chose to come here illegally. We're just stupid for giving them access to services for free such as medical, education, etc.

I say, if they come forward and agree to pay a certain amount (say $5,000) to pay for the average amount of free services that each illegal alien is supposed to have taken from our country, they can stay here legally. We'll issue them a Green Card as long as they have a job, no criminal history, a good driving record and can provide a good reference from a U.S. Citizen. If they meet these conditions, we'll allow them to apply for U.S. Citizenship after a certain period of time. If not, we should deport them as soon as they are found. We should also begin to immediately enforce our immigration laws by fining and/or imprisoning any employer found guilty of knowingly hiring illegal aliens and/or failing to properly follow up on Social Security #'s and other identification provided to ensure that they're hiring U.S. Citizens or legal immigrants.

The source of the whole problem is BUSINESS GREED. I don't blame the immigrants for wanting a better life I blame Greedy Business. You need to follow the money. No matter who you vote for nothing will change Big Business owns the United States of American and owns every politician. The end of our country as we know it is coming soon. And it's all because of greed for money, power and religion.

The only viable solution I see is to go after the employers that put them in this untenable position. Prosecuting the immigrant is too much like going after the user and rewarding the pusher.

Should not be here in the first place ship all of them back. As far as right they have NO rights under our constitution only Citizens of the US. They are NOT my responsibility and I did not ask nor want them here. They want to come here they can do it the right way.

NO! If they are illegal, get rid of them. Mojados are known to be good swimmers, don't bother taking them to Mexico; just dump them into the ocean 25 miles from the coast and let them either swim home or feed the fishes.
