Does that imply if all violators cannot be apprehended the law is mote…Following said reason, are traffic and speed limit signs the next to be removed from society. And Rape! Over half of those involved received immense pleasure from experience, and many will not be reported, much less caught. Amazing logic to defend criminal invading aliens, EH!

How do we know - we haven't tried! I'm sure that we could if we started to look for them. Heck, only a few of our jails are starting to ask inmates whether they're here illegally. We're only starting to fine some companies for hiring illegal aliens without proper identification and deporting those illegals they find working there. I've lived in California most of my life and we have several border checkpoints. The ones near San Onofre and on the 15 Freeway are usually open now every time that I drive through. During the 60's through the 80's, they were usually staffed with U.S. Border Agents who actually stopped each car that came through to see if the occupants were U.S. Citizens or not. I haven't been stopped at either of these checkpoints in over 10 years. It's obvious that we're simply not enforcing our borders as we used to and that's why we have so much illegal immigration now. Under Clinton, we also pardoned illegals on two separate occasions. No wonder illegal aliens take the risks to get here and don't think that they'll be prosecuted. We also reward illegal alien pregnant mothers with free medical care and hospitalization if they're lucky enough to get here illegally AND we make their newborn babies U.S. citizens automatically. When their babies grow up, we reward them with free lunches and a free education. What a country!

Mindset of the author of the bill…Ted says murder is not a bad thing…unless the victim is a Kennedy. Bootlegging, stock trade fraud, and exploiting the poor with trust fund and off shore accounts to avoid the burden imposed on the Great Unwashed is the birth right of leftist elites whom he represents. Of course you can. Its called enforcement! By all authorities! No proof of citezenship? Deport them. Catch you again...prison! I have no problem spending my tax dollars on more prisons for invaders of my country.

Listen illegal immigration is wrong no doubt about it. But listen to how ignorant you guys are. Your comparing these people to murders and rapists, drunk drivers, and whatever else you are saying. Yes taken lightly as a joke ur comments are funny, but these people come here to try to get a better life. Of course they should obey the laws, and they shouldn't be here illegaly.. I mean duh u have to be an idiot to say otherwise. But do u seriously know how hard it is to even apply for a visa to the US? Let alone apply for a green card. Some of these people can't even feed their families in there country so they have to immigrate to find a better life, even if that means breaking the law. Seriously instead of bitching about it, why doesn't the government try and help third world countries, and I don't mean invading them and making a useless war where our young soilders are dying, I mean really helping them. Powerful rich countires should help the weak one's, we can't just sit back and say well who cares as long as it isn't us, and then onto of that we ***** if they make there way here illegaly. Really all our ancestors were once immigrants too, they came here looking for a better life, and don't give that bs oh well they were legal, maybe some were but most weren't, don't be so ignorant and cruel. They shouldn't be here illegaly but they have no choice you have no idea how it is to be rock bottom poor and scared for your life. And please I really wanna know which of you have never broken the "law" ever drink before you were 21, ever kept going on a red light, ignored a stop sign, shoplifted. So before you go an be so ignorant look at yourself first, you wanna help out with the immigration problem try helping out those countires first.

We can't find and prosecute all the rapists and murderers either, that doesn't mean we should give them amnesty.

we find and deport but they keep coming back. if illegals learn english and enjoy our rich culture as well, obey the laws,
there wouldnt be such a big problem.
