In the UK we have lots of people who are anti immigrant of any kind. Illegal or legal, they don't want them. They don't have confederate flags as they don't know what a confederate flag is, and they don't live in trailer parks.
They live all over the place, but mostly in middle class affluent areas.
The one thing they DO all have in common however is that they ALL read tabloid "newspapers" like the Daily Mail or the Express, and actually believe what they read.

I am anti-illegal immigrants and I have never lived in a trailer park in my life. And I don't own a confederate flag either, although there is nothing wrong with flying the confederate flag in my opinion.

Funny how people who are pro-immigrants have this idea that anti-immigrants/illegals live in trailer parks and they are rednecks.....I always thought that the most affluent people are the most racist/anti-illegals and yet these are the people who HIRE these illegal immigrants to do their yard work..but yet they still complain.
And the anti-immigrants/illegals ALWAYS have this idea that ALL illegals and LEGAL Mexicans live in a house, no wait NOT a house but an APARTMENT with not just ONE family but THREE or FOUR other families, their apartments are dirty, they don't have ONE or TWO kids but "they multiply like rabbits".
I like reading that crap because I'm Mexican-American and I don't fit ANY of these stereotypes at all.. I only have three siblings,I only lived with MY family when I was still at home, our yard was the NEATEST and CLEANEST in the block and my both of MY PARENTS HAVE a PhD.

Well, not all of them live there, but I think igorance on immigration issuse, and the problem at hand is from all economic sectors of society. The world is changing faster than people realize, and the people think America can seal itself off from the rest of the world from immigration is pure bunk because technology makes it more likely people will immigrate to western countries. Since its easy now to talk to people back home people will be more likely in India, or Mexico, or even Luxemborg to immigrate and see what the world is about.

Yeah, yeah - that's a bunch of bullcrap. None of the anti-immigrants hereabouts lives in a trailer park or owns a Confederate flag. I think anti-immigrants are full of crap, but I'm not about to stoop to lying about them, either.

Well it depends, I'm not sure if your including Illegal immigrants in the category. I don't think Most people are against immigrants if they come to work and improve their lives without trying to screw the system over. On the other hand most people would be against illegal immigrants because they sneak into the country, don't pay taxes while benefiting from the people who do and most don't even appreciate it. Also a lot of times their loyalty is still with the country that they ran away from and they don't really care for the country they sneak into. I myself am an immigrant, political refugee, and no one can make an argument against legal immigration.

Anti-immigrants? Confederate flag? Trailer park? Sounds like a joke.

I don't live in a trailer park, but I am sure you live in an apartment with at least 4 other families and about 25 kids....I don't own a confederate flag, but I am sure you or someone like you has held up the Mexican flag over the United States of America's flag. I live in a house, I am the general manager of a thriving business and I fly The American flag because I am an American and the Marine Corps flag because I earned it

Semper Fi!!!

Why is it that many people who ask stupid questions (such as yours, above) seem to overgeneralize and, by doing so, show their ignorance? You couldn't possibly know most people who are against immigration nor could you possibly know where they live or what flag they fly. By the way, I think that you meant to write, "illegal immigration". Most people in the U.S. are not against legal immigration since most of our ancestors fit into that latter category. Oh, by the way, did you observe how I used the term "most" in the last sentence. Since much more than 50% of the occupants in the U.S. had ancestors who originally came from other countries (and only the American Indians are indigenous), I can use the term "most" as it is a true statement that can be backed up by U.S. Census figures. Your use of the term can not be.
