A man I know is going to get deported to Mexico for getting into trouble with the law, being that he was only a resident, and has offered me to take over the payments on his house and keep it for myself, but Im not sure. My friends think that since he's getting deported he'll get the house taken away. Im 23 yrs old and have never owned anything therefore have no experience or knowledge in this matter. What should I do?

I am personally sick of seeing it on here, the anti illegal campaign is based on law not race, why am I consistently asked to defend myself. Many of the questions and answers refer to illegal Mexicans due to the fact that they are the largest group of illegals.

Why don't we ship every criminal in Mexico up here to the States and let them live here for next to nothing?

I love Mexico but hate the crime. I'd vacation there more often if I wasn't afraid of the crime.

What do ya'll think?

"[They] point to the fact that four of the 9/11 terrorists, all of whom had violated immigration laws, were stopped for speeding before their attack. Had the police officers asked the right questions, terrorists could have been arrested under current law — but not under the Senate bill.

The classic case is Ziad Jarrah, who was at the controls of United Flight 93 when passengers fought the terrorists and the plane crashed in the Pennsylvania countryside. Jarrah was an illegal alien from Lebanon who had violated U.S. immigration laws but had avoided apprehension by authorities until he was stopped on Sept. 9, 2001, for speeding in Maryland on his way from Baltimore to join his confederates in Newark.

Nawaf al-Hazmi, the 9/11 plot’s second in command, also had been stopped for speeding April 1, 2001. The visa on his Saudi Arabian passport had expired 8½ months earlier, but the Oklahoma patrolman did not ask to see it."

I am a citizen of the US and he of the UK. We want to get him over here to live permanantly. Ideally, we don't want to get married yet. However, we did a lot of searching on visas, and it seems like we're running out of options. A work visa won't work because we were told the company has to prove they can't hire someone here for the same position. He has 2 bachelors degrees...but that isn't helping.

We will do a fiance visa if that's the last resort - but is it? Any advice here would be helpful!

Another imposter??
It seems as if I have gotten to people just like Seals have and they can't argue with me because I am more intelligent so they like typical Mexicans, have to lie and cheat and steal my identity. Why do people hate you now?

Ok in this statement you have categorized mexicans as criminals,thiefs and liars. You accused "PAN o CHA"( which by the way means "pussy" in Spanish) and STOMPAMUDDHOLE of impersonating you with no actual evidence to do so. Well, FYI, you have accused the United States Attorney General Alberto Gonzales(mexican);
9 time grammy winning Carlos Santana(more grammys than any other artist in history for a single album); L.A. Mayor Antonio Villairagosa; former HUD Secretary Henry Cisneros; New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson; Lieutenant Governor of California Cruz Bustamante; Academy Award-Nominee Edward James Olmos; comedian George Lopez, and actress Jessica Alba among many others.

My God! I've never been to the immigration section of "answers" before. I am ashamed to be an American right now. I have never seen such bigotry and hatred! Mexico is our neighbor and her great people should be treated with the utmost respect. I have a few Mexican friends and they are like bros and sisters to me. They are human beings. You are entitled to your own opinion about immigration, but the personal, bigoted attacks against Mexicans are really quite unnecessary.

I read alot of posts where people claim it is not a racial issue, they say that if you come here as a undocument workers, then you are a theif and a liar. It just seems odd, that they seem to be more concerned about the hispanics .

Why you as US citizens dont vote a party who takes care of the problems of the US instead of voting a party who takes care in solving the problems of countries that are away far from you (with all the money that your goverment is spending outside the US you could do a lot in order to resolve the issue of the increasing debt and of the illegal inmigration or not?)?
Maybe the image of the US would be better in world, if the US would take care of their own problems instead of telling others what to do?
Please dont feel ofended. I only want to have your opinion. Thanks!

Okay, lot's of protest has been made about a fence....but you know what....I'd be more than happy to gift part of my earnings to the US Government to build a wall.....an electrified thorn infected wall the entire country with one 8ft opening that says "hey, come on, no problem.....you're getting in and we know who you are..." Peace and prosperity and pay your own taxes.... brother....

Lets face it........

Carter gave Amnesty in 1976

Reagan gave Amnesty in 1986

Clinton gave Amnesty in 1996

Now Bush wants to give Amnesty in 2006

When is it Enough????

Or should we do nothing for another 10 years while the problem gets even worse????

It's gotten so bad that I'm currently Researching the Legalities and Financial cost of starting a Private Police Force to Enforce the Laws that are currently on the Books.

Before some of you start ranting......It can be done Legally in Arizona,Still researching the other Border States......

I personally think it would be more cost effective to build a 15ft Concrete wall, and yes that would be expensive, but so is the financial Burden Illegals cost the American Taxpayer......

What do you think?

PS.

I have no problems working on the construction of the wall myself.
Neither would thousands of other Americans....

There is such a thing as poor Americans....Seems people forget that fact too Often....

Please respond with detail, some of your experiences dealing with Mexicans coming accross the border into your neighborhoods. Most of the people in this country do not know or understand your perspective. Enlighten us please.(with detail). By the way, I asked this question earlier today. NO Nationwide Rally to Stop Illegal Immigration
on Saturday, July 1st, at noon, at every city hall.

Thank you for your interest, but it is time to admit that we did not attract enough activists to make this happen on July 1st. The next best thing is to send the Bad Senator's List to your Senators and House of Representatives. Let them know we remember what they did.

What happened? Why weren't you anti illegals there? This was supposed to be a NATION WIDE PROTEST.At every single town in the USA.Aren't you ashamed that you didn't take this chance to let EVERYONE know that you wanted illegals deported.I don't think there's and senators or congressmen on this board. And I doubt that they read emails.Typical Americans.Just bend over and take, and COMPLAIN.
