Technically, America doens't recognize any dual citizenship. For example if you were born in Sweden but your parents are American, then when you turn 18 you will need to "choose" to be an American or Swedish citizen.
However, if Sweden recognizes dual citizenship you can hold keep the Swedish citizenship but it will not be recognized by America.

The US will allow you dual citizenship.
The question is whether Sweden allows dual citizenship. If it does not, then you will lose your swedish citizenship the minute the American citizenship is approved.
You should check the website of the swedish consulate to be certain what their rules are regarding citizenship.

No, when you take the oath to become American, you take an oath to give up all foreign allegiances. Not all countries are like that, but the U.S is. However, if you chose to be a permanent resident, not a citizen, your children will have dual citizenship if you marry an American. But, you are not eligible.

holders of dual citizenships are usually children of foreign natives born in america or vice versa. They are american citizens by virtue of being born here and automatically have citizenship in their parent's native country. If you choose to become an American citizen, I believe you have to revoke your sweidh citizenship as you are pledging alliance to the united states. You can't pledge allegiance to two soverign nations.

I think the only dual citizenship for an American can be with Israel. Any others require a renouncement of one, or the other.
