NO Nationwide Rally to Stop Illegal Immigration
on Saturday, July 1st, at noon, at every city hall.

Thank you for your interest, but it is time to admit that we did not attract enough activists to make this happen on July 1st. The next best thing is to send the Bad Senator's List to your Senators and House of Representatives. Let them know we remember what they did.

What happened? Why weren't you anti illegals there? This was supposed to be a NATION WIDE PROTEST.At every single town in the USA.Aren't you ashamed that you didn't take this chance to let EVERYONE know that you wanted illegals deported.I don't think there's and senators or congressmen on this board. And I doubt that they read emails.Typical Americans.Just bend over and take, and COMPLAIN.

The Coolest Thing About This
Is The CITIZENS Never Had To Really Hit The Streets
Our Networking And Communication With Our Legislators
Has All But Gotten The Word Out To Washington

You And Your "Compadres" Should Have Another Parade
Or Ten If You Want
It Wont Do You A Bit Of Good
WE THE PEOPLE
Know That Your FIRST Cut Was The Deepest
And You Can Protest
And Demonstrate
And March All You Want

We Are Getting The Laws Enforced
(The Ones On The Books)

And The Fences Built
And The Military On The Border
With A Minimal Show In The Street

Have Another Parade
Or Ten If You Want
You Are Trying To Convince
300 Million Irate American Citizens
To Allow You To Break Our Laws
And That Aint Happenin

If You Havent Noticed
The Laws Are Starting To Be Enforced
The Deportations Are Happening
The Job Opportunities Are Goin Away
The Day Labor Centers Are Being Shut Down
The Local Governments Are Cracking Down
On Low End Employers
And Landlords That Rent To ILLEGAL ALIENS

Our Work Is Almost Finished

So You Go March
With Your Mexican Flag
In The Hot Sun
And Keep Makin Demands
Ill Pick Up The Phone
And Call My Legislators
And Speak CLEAR ENGLISH
And Get My Voice Heard

Maybe You Can Get A Dog And Pony Show
For Your Next "PROTEST"
WE THE PEOPLE Wont Be Anymore Impressed
And Our Representatives Will STILL Hear Our Voice

No=Americans are not taking it. Many groups are formed and gaining new members all the time. Some started building fences. Some changed their towns views. Action has taken form in many ways and it is having results-good ones for many.

As for your other question-I am not sure they should-it might hurt them more.
Why don't you march for National Health and take one burden off of the people? That is a helpful change. If enough of that happened maybe there would be fewer problems with others on other issues.

Pancha - I am in the Middle East right now working. But I am from Texas and I try to keep up with the news. This was the first place I heard of the protest, so I'll just use this quote just in case it can make some people think:

"To sin by silence - when they should protest makes cowards of men." Abraham Lincoln

I disagree with you. I don't think your organization had anything to do with it. There simply was no interest.

Perhaps this post is referring to all the pseudo activisim that goes on in this category. Where are the people who were so gong ho! for the sealrborders call to march?

I think you prove PANCHA's point. Look your own answer up, you got on the bandwagon too. As I recall, the school kids at Barbara were the ones who thought it was a dumb waste of time.

Yars, You lose!

Because the majority of Americans either don't care, or they want illegal immigration.

I would think that the people blustering against illegal immigration have blown this out of proportion, and believe they have more support than they actually do.

The fact that these rallies did not take place confirms that assertion.

Never heard about it. But even if I did, I wouldn't have gone anyways. I'm not doing anything illegal. I don't need to stand in the hot sun to demand rights. I already have them. Pro illegal rallies are huge because they have to endure the heat because they don't have the rights, and they need a platform to get another free handout.

Sorry, man...This was the first I've heard about it!

Can't show up when you weren't invited to the party!

Besides, don't you think it would be best to plan this on a date when you won't have so many people travelling for family vacations? I don't think Saturday was a good choice of dates.

I have stated numerous times I would not participate in a rally, and make myself look foolish like the May 1st protesters did....

Yes we Americans are terrible. The illegals should leave since we are so bad.
I never heard of this so called rally.Legal people shouldn't NEED to rally to tell the government to protect us from foreign invasion.
