Why is it difficult for people , who migrated legally to get all their legal paperwork done than it is for illegals. We seem to have all ignorant senators out for illegals` rights but what about the INS, and rights of people who want legal things done at prescribed time.

I am an elementry school teacher- 8 yrs experience...London and Dublin.Presently I work as a house-cleaner , it is the only job I can get as an undocumented worker in this country.
You may ask - is she crazy? But I met my b/f here, he loves it here- he is also illegal but owns his own business and hires workers.I would love to have the opportunity to teach in your great country, I believe that I would be an asset to the United States. At the moment , there is no visa system in place for me to be able to get a teaching position. It's a tough decision...obey the law return home and risk never seeing my b/f again but teach which is my passion or stay here and break the law-blieve me I hate cleaning houses!

When the Fourteenth Amendment was ratified by the House and the Senate, many senators and representatives were disallowed from voting due to the recent Civil War. There is proof that many of the Southern states were coerced into ratifying the Amendment.

Should Congress and the Supreme Court reopen the ratification of the Fourteenth Amendment and verify it's constitutionality?

I had already knew about the conflict about the 14th amendment, but if you care to read about it

There was a horrible fraud in the presidential election in Mexico. The victory was given to the conservative candidate (his name is calderon and his nickname is "fecal" which means "****"), which means that the flux of 500,000 illegal immigrants that come from Mexico to the US every year would keep steady. Do you know that before the presidential period of vicente fox the number of illegal immigrants coming from Mexico annually was about 100,000?. All the above means that the poverty in Mexico increased with fox and that will increase with the new president then we will have more illegal immigrants coming.
Even though the 3rd richest man of the world is a mexican (his name is "carlos slim" a man of arabian ancestry) and there are few others billionares in Mexico, there are millions and millions of poor people south of the border for whom their only hope is to come to america. Is time for us americans to help the mexicans to defeat their corrupt goverment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was naturalized as a minor. Parents are deceased, and their personal paperwork is missing, which was proof of my citizenship. I also lost my birthcertificate that was amongst that paperwork that they had. I am unable to get a passport without those.

I am not an advocate of illegal immigration, but really, whos business is it whether I choose to speak Spanish or English? It seems that those who want this English only policy are targeting the Spanish speaking community. If I am wrong, then how would you all feel about no Spanish, German, Chinese, Itallian, ect?

I am serious what holds you back if you haven't? Are you afraid too (that would be understandable)? Your here now so why if you haven't done it are you holding off?

Taking too long or it is hard-is not an answer (those reasons can be met). Money-not that much compared to other things.

And yes I saw the requirements. I am all ears-tell me some reasons. Help me understand.

People like to yelp about how Europeans are illegal immigrants. Who, pray tell, did the American Indians apply for citizenship to when they crossed the Bering Strait during the Ice Age, and which country were they citizens of?

I've got it! They filed for citizenship with the deer! They became citizens of Deerica!

And then they shot them with arrows and ate them.

Lower the deportation buses to the ground? Install hydraulics so they can bounce the bus at intersections? Put someone's last name is Gothic decals on the back window? How about if we put a really small steering wheel made with chain links on the deportation bus? Maybe hang dingle balls from the ceiling? How about if we paint the side of the bus with a nature scene or maybe, even better, with flame decals. We could put a fin on the back of the deportation bus that serves absolutely no purpose. Then we can send them cruising back to Mexico blaring accordion music playing polkas!

Viva la Raza! Who needs laws anyways?Viva Chaos and Anarchy!

If you haven't figured it out yet, this is a joke. And for all you liberals waiting to pounce like a chihuahua on crack, I won't pull the stick out of your ***, sniff it, stick it back in and tell you that your $hit doesn't stink.

Is it a criminal act to use fake or stolen ID and SS#s in the US? Is it a crime to commit identity theft? Is it a crime to enter a place under false pretenses or just to break in uninvited or by not following the rules? Should people who have illegally come into our country and pose a threat to national security be allowed to stay? Is it a crime or racist to demand the enforcement of our laws on the criminals that violate the above laws that I mentioned?
