Mexicans wanting to reclaim parts of the US

I'd like to see them come to my home state of Texas and "reclaim" the land. When my ancestors settled Texas, they were the only inhabitants except for the native americans. The idea that the Southwest belongs to Mexicans is utter idiocy. If they want it... they can come and take it. I'll be waiting.

Uninformed political observers delude themselves into thinking that these sentiments are relegated to the fringe. But the core concepts of reconquista (the "re-conquest" of the Southwest by Mexico) have spread wide and deep—from San Francisco to Los Angeles to Milwaukee to Arkansas and beyond. In Denver, a large banner read: "AMERICA IS A CONTINENT NOT A COUNTRY." In Albuquerque, Latino activists held up a provocative sign asking aloud: "Manifest Destiny?"

This is absolute proof of stupidity and arrogance. The more they say things like that, they more they open the eyes of people here. It's like I say sometimes, I can say I am the Easter Bunny 500 times a day but when I wake in the morning, guess what? I am still not the Easter Bunny.

The US has more guns. I don't think it will work. They'll have to do the way every other immigrant group has, by having babies in the US. The babies grow up, vote, and eventually decide that they'd rather be Americans instead of Mexicans.

It's a violation of the Treaty of Guadeloupe Hidalgo. The US would have the right to blow them back to the Stone Age. Which would be an improvement for Mexico.

Why do you think so many that come here don't want to become US Citizens? THey think if they send enough people here it will happen sooner or later just by weight of numbers.

Mexico has no right to ask for those states back, how dare they?!.....Just like we had no right to steal this country from the native Americans, oh but wait, that is OK....We can kill, rape and pillage the people for their land....THAT'S OK!!!!!!!
