Why is it difficult for people , who migrated legally to get all their legal paperwork done than it is for illegals. We seem to have all ignorant senators out for illegals` rights but what about the INS, and rights of people who want legal things done at prescribed time.

In my mind, before ANY illegal immigrants are offered any sort of "amnesty," the applications of ALL legal immigrants should FIRST be processed.
BTW - I am NOT for amnesty of any kind for illegal immigrants.

Actually, currently legal paperwork is still easier for legal immigrants than for illegal immigrants. Some of the provisions in the bills proposed by congress and the senate will apply equally to both legal and illegal immigrants. Keep your chin up, this too shall pass.

You are exactly right. The existing legal process is very time consuming. It can take 10 years to legally immigrate a member of your own family. Too many illegals come here and then want immediate rights.
This is not an attack on Mexicans. In my case, my wife and I are immigrating her cousin and his wife. They told us it would take 10 years. They are Mexican too.
That is the whole reason for all the trouble with this issue in Washington now.

It's NOT. If you are illegal you don't even exist, you have no rights, you can't get a decent job...
If you came legally you have NO problem whatsoever.
