Does Singapore Certificate Identity(Travel Document) enter any countries without the Visa?

You need to ask the embassies of the countries you want to visit if they consider a certificate of identity a valid travel document, and if they will put visas in them. They will probably expect you to use the passport of the country of which you are a citizen.

Yes, as long as u have Singapore IC and with no crime record, u can. Why? U want to misuse ah? (kidding..)
