You can either apply 3 years or 5 years from the date your became a Lawful Permanent Resident.

You can apply in 3 years if: your US citizen spouse petitioned for you as her husband; you were still married to this same person when you apply for US citizenship; and you are still married to her when you are sworn in as a U.S. citizen.

In all other cases, you have to wait the 5 years.

(well, let me add a caveat: there are a few exceptions, where someone can apply for US citizenship less than the 3 years, but involves highly specialized situations: military, overseas job assignment for us government agency or specific companies engaging in international work, etc.)

You can submit your application 90 days before either the 3 year or 5 year anniversary date.

After you get your greencard, you have to wait atleast 5yrs before you can apply for citizenship. And you have to be able to read and write english.Theres a written test you have to pass first. And you have to learn questions from american history.Good luck!

Well maybe learn a little bit more and correct English first.
Many mistakes in your question, but sure go for it.

I would recommend speaking with an immigration attorney

I think you can, but here is a link to a web site. Take the test to see if you are eligible. It's free. Welcome to America!
