Then why does my DEP ID list my rank as "PVT" ? or is that 3 digits total so E-2= PV2, E-3 = PFC, etc?

Personally I think we shouldn't NEED to. People should WANT to fight for their country. We shouldn't HAVE to force them into it! They should be proud to fight! But if we were to say that, they'd make it out as if we are victimizing the youth of America or whatever.

In defense of the union as a whole both of our states could seize and dismantle the two most destructive and threatening forces underming prosperiety and liberty infecting our nation today. Those being the Wal-Mart monopoly seizing larger sections of society everyday to include government at every level and our border security. I believe for posterity we need also scutinize any and all governmental actions or policy adjustments which have served the private financial interests represented by the Bush/Clinton administrations of the past two decades. Our state constitutions provide us the tool by which to cure terminal cancers on our republic. This is the challenge of our generation and our duty to our ancestors and our children. Treason trials for traitors, the dismantlement of Wal-Mart and all aid to Communism's global resurgence and border security due our children's right to safety and our worker's right to livable wages and respect. The south will win this war without a shot!

I received 1000's of emails per day and can often be overwhelmed. One such occourance was thus;

a customer sent an email askin if a product comes with a warranty. and how long (is it 1 or 2 years). after talking with the buyer of the product for my company, i informed the customer that i believed that the warranty was a 2 years. 1 with my company and the other with the manufacturer.i now know the customer took this information and came up with 3 years - then purchased the item.

i later found out that the warranty was 1 year only with the manufactuere - (after 30 days warranty with us).

the customer contacted me again stating that my advice was followed and that it had become a legally binding document as he/she purchased the item due to this and expected upto 3 years warranty - i know i can provide 1 year from us and the 2nd year can be from the manufacturer...but the 3rd year?

Can all this be legally binding, as the customer has stated that he/she now expects 3 years.

The plantiff is asking the state to to enter a judgement to sell my property to satisfy said debt. The debt is an issue and in my opinion needs to be challenged. My property is co -owned with a family member who happens to be an attorney. This property was as part of an inheritence. I have never claimed the title. My partner thinks I should file Bankruptcy. I want to fight! What should I do?

what are the laws about privately selling and buying cars in Ohio?

private as in, not buying from a dealer

if someone buys a lemon, what rights do they have? can they charge the seller for expenses if the car breaks? if yes, what is the statue of limitations?

I was on probation about 2 or 3 years ago...My license was suspended, but when I got out of jail for the 2nd time it wasnt and my probation officer knew it wasn't. So I got my license while on probation...after I was through with probation I lost my license and I went to the DMV to get a new one and they told me my license was suspended for my probation that I had already finished...so now I have to go to DUI school...the reason I was on probation was a drug charge....but I wasnt even driving when I got caught!!! I dont know what to do>I have went to see my probation officer again, didnt help I have called the court house they wouldnt help me...they said "we cant help when they get around to suspending license's" no one is helping so what do I do?? just suck it up and go through DUI school that I shouldnt have to go through or what??? Someone help me!!!!

My best friend's parents (they are in their mid to late 70's and both are sickly) were told by the Inspection Department in their city that they have 14 days to lower a fence and move it back from the property line 25 feet. The fence is nearly 300 feet long. These people are living on social security and are POOR. They have until December 28 to do the work. The fences are along streets that are wide enough for only one car to drive on - tiny side streets.

This fence has been in the same place for more than five years and there have NEVER been any complaints before now.

The thang that lives behind these old folks hates old people and thang's best friends work in the Inspection Department. It is a small city and thang is a rich business owner with influence and connections.

How do you fight these people?
