I was discharged from my job. My employer said that I voluntarily quit. I had a hearing and the referee asked him why he said I quit. He then brought up an e-mail that I wrote. I admitted I sent the e-mail that evening regarding my not returning the next day for pay or to give back keys, but that I would expect pay and return their belongings. My witness was also admittedly terminated the same day. This referee denied my claim and said I quit, she also did not really hear our side. I appealed stating especially that this "e-mail" was never submitted and should not be considered. They backed up the referee's decision. I cannot appeal again because then I have to pay court costs. Now, I must repay $1700.00. I am still unemployed, a single mom, and a student. What happens if I cannot repay? I think that everyone just backs everyone else, but what if they're wrong? This situation is such a hassle, I wish that I had never bothered. Is there a congressman I can write?

Hillary has looked very frustrated with Obama, and she seems very, very rattled and upset at him during the debates when he expresses she is Washington as usual regarding her past policies of agreement with those in our government at this time. While giving Obama the evil eye, as he was speaking, she seemed to have lowly mumbled or mouthed the N-Word under her breath at him! Will she go that crazy should he beat her in the early primaries and her chances tank? Does Hillary want the presidency to help people or is she just power hungry and looks at Obama as just another man in her way to assume her future throne of power in the Oval Office?

Israel: U.S. Iran Report May Cause War

JERUSALEM — Israel's public security minister warned Saturday that a U.S. intelligence report that said Iran is no longer developing nuclear arms could lead to a regional war that would threaten the Jewish state. In his remarks — Israel's harshest criticism yet of the U.S. report — Avi Dichter said the assessment also cast doubt on American intelligence in general, including information about Palestinian security forces' crackdown on militant groups. The Palestinian action is required as part of a U.S.-backed renewal of peace talks with Israel this month. Dichter cautioned that a refusal to recognize Iran's intentions to build weapons of mass destruction could lead to armed conflict in the Middle East. He compared the possibility of such fighting to a surprise attack on Israel in 1973 by its Arab neighbors, which came to be known in Israel for the Yom Kippur Jewish holy day on which it began.

I'm looking to enlist in the military (Marines), and I'm rather physically and mentally fit for it.

The only thing that crossed my mind is the fact that I have complete heterochromia (one eye is brown, the other is a weird grayish-blue color).

While I'm pretty sure this is far from enough for a DQ, I also know it's going to be something that will be noticed right away during the physical. I'd just like to know what sort of question would be asked or if anything else (and what) would be checked because of it.

1/01/07 Ga. changed their child support payment structure. Now the required amount for the non custodial parent to pay is not only based on the (nc) parent income, it now brings into the equation how much the custodial parent is making herself. There is supposed to be some calculator that is used to determine the amount based on the Jan. 1st , 2007 law that took effect for Ga. I am making about 70k and the custodial parent is making about 40k. We have 3 teenage children.under the age of 18. Can anyone tell me how to use the new calclated amount to determine tghe child support I am required to pay?

of the felony time will he most likely have to serve?

I know of a man that was recently sentenced to 10.25 years for Rape of a Child in the First Degree. This is a felony sentence in Washington State. How much of that sentence will he most likely have to fulfill? Are felonies pretty much standard meaning universal in every state? Is there are certain amount of time that has to be served collectively for any state or what?

Thanks.

Been wondering about this...
Lets assume we have a person who is paralyzed from the neck down. He can talk, but can't move any of his body parts. If this person orders the murders of, lets say, 10 people, and his life expectancy is long, how would you punish him?

If this person is found guilty of murder in a court, would they lock him up? If so, how would you lock up a paralyzed person? Has this been done before?

(Not talking about people who are in wheelchairs. We're talking paralyzed from neck down).
